This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of lease for public land plots and land plots with undelimited ownership, allotted on lease without public tender (auction). It establishes calculation formula for lease of land.
The present Law implements the Land Parcel Act of 28 July 1961, the Land Lease Contracts Act of 8 November 1985, the Agricultural Adaption Act in its version of of 3 July 1991.
