The Director of Geological Surveys and any officer of his/her Department or any other officer authorized may enter on lands and undertake other actions set out in article 3 for purposes of carrying out geological surveys authorized by the Minister. A notice of survey shall be given in advance to the owner or occupier of the land in question. Surveyors shall not enter any closed courtyard, garden or other space pertinent to a dwelling house without the prior consent of the owner or occupier. Funds shall be made available for compensation of injury caused by the survey.

This Act concerns land survey i.e. the establishment, location or definition on the ground of any boundary, limit or angle of any land, size, location, parcel, claim, common, easement, road, street, lane, district, municipality, country of township, or any other location or division of lands or right over lands whether for ownership, title or authority of the origin of any of them. Under section 2, a Chief Surveyor shall be appointed and sections 3 to 8 are dedicated to the coordinate system to be established in Prince Edward Island.

Article 17 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Cadastre registration or insertion in the state cadastre of immovable property of data submitted to the body of cadastre registration as a form of information cooperation between state bodies and also in case of reception of the land-use planning map in accordance with paragraph 1 of the Article 45 of this Federal Law shall be performed within 30 days from the date of the reception of the aforesaid documentation”.

Federal Law No. 315-FZ amending Federal Law No. 73-FZ “On objects of cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation”.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Area of cultural heritage may include land areas, land plots, shares of land plots. Boundaries of land areas of cultural heritage may not coincide with the boundaries of existing land plots”.

Section VII shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case that cadastre numbers have been defined in accordance with technical cadastre documentation but not assigned until 1 January 2013, they shall be considered assigned and land plots shall be considered registered in State Land Cadastre from the date of submittal of the application by the customer of land survey documentation”.

La presente Ley de protección y uso sostenible del litoral, precisa el concepto de dominio público marítimo-terrestre, tanto en lo que se refiere a la zona marítimo-terrestre como a las playas. La ley establece que la zona marítimo-terrestre se fijará hasta donde alcancen las olas en los mayores temporales conocidos a partir de los criterios técnicos que se establezcan, añadiendo mayor certeza, seguridad y uniformidad en los deslindes.
