This Act, consisting of 15 sections and one Schedule, provides for certain endowments of dry harbour land to be revested in the Crown or reserved for certain purposes, and to amend certain enactments. Section 4 empowers the Governor-General to declare specified lands vested in local authorities to be revested in the Crown for purpose of conservation (under the Conservation Act 1987), or for the purpose of creating reserves under the Reserves Act 1977.

This Act amends the Nagaland Village and Area Councils Act, 1978 by changing the title of the Act into Nagaland Village Council Act, 1978 and by deleting sections 23 to 42 abolishing the Area Councils.

La presente Ley de desarrollo y ordenamiento territorial del Área Metropolitana de San Salvador y de los Municipios Aledaños, tiene por objeto regular el ordenamiento territorial y el desarrollo urbano y rural del Área Metropolitana de San Salvador y Municipios Aledaños, mediante el mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos de las distintas zonas y la plena utilización de los instrumentos de planeación.

This Act, which is composed of 23 articles, lays down provisions concerning establishment, duties, responsibilities, rights and liabilities of the Farmland and Forest Fund of the Republic of Slovenia. The Fund was set up with the purpose of managing and disposing of farmland, farms and forests owned by the Republic of Slovenia. The Fund implements the Slovene farmland policy and with due prudence manages the trading with this land.

This Law aims to protect the soil and gives provisions relating to the control of tillage operations. This Law prohibits the agricultural land leveling and sand beaches dredging. Any action evolving the removal of soil or any part of the earth’s surface is forbidden by the provisions of this Law. The tillage operations necessary for farming in the agricultural lands belonging to individuals are not prohibited. The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture may licence the agricultural land leveling and sand beaches dredging to improve and maintain the soil fertility.

The following amendments and addenda are introduced into the Law on investment activities: 1.

The purpose of the present Act is to consolidate Acts relating to agriculture and the marketing of agricultural products. Part II lays down provisions relating to agricultural associations which may be organized for any district. Their object shall be to improve agriculture and in general rural community life.

The Regional Act makes provision on environment conservation and on the protection of the coastal zone of the territories listed in article 1. For the achievement of these aims, the Region encourages cultivation of the abandoned lands specified by article 2. Within six months from the entry into force of this Act, the regional authority shall prepare a register listing the enterprises and farms which fall within the above-mentioned areas. Registered enterprises may perform the activities defined by article 3, which are intended to improve the viticulture sector.

The Act regulates the removal of sands, corals, stones, shingle, or gravel from any part of any beach or sea bed. Any action of digging for, taking, carrying away of such material or assisting in any such actions shall be prohibited if not prior to such act a permission is obtained from the appropriate authority. The Minister may impose such conditions as he deems fit for the granting of permissions for exploitation other than for a public purpose (sect. 4). The granting authority may, in the public interest, attach such conditions to the permission as it may deem fit (sect. 7).

The present Act makes arrangements relating to lands in Forest Areas. Such lands shall be sold by the appropriate authority to peasants who have "settled down there and who have been cultivating the lands for at least one year past..." (art. 4(1)). Land left over after sale and distribution as described above shall be sold or distributed in the prescribed manner. Further provisions concern the registration of lands, the modalities for the payment of the price of the land by the allottee and enforcement measures.

Cette loi reconnait le littoral comme une entité géographique qui appelle une politique spécifique d'aménagement, de protection et de mise en valeur. la loi concerne concerne non seulement les communes riveraines des mers et océans, des étangs salés, des plans d’eau intérieurs d’une superficie supérieure à 1 000 hectares, mais aussi celles qui, sous certaines conditions, sont riveraines des estuaires et des deltas.

The Commission is established as a body corporate and shall be the principal advisory organ of the Government on all matters related to land use.
