These Regulations, which apply to Wales, contain the provisions of a new agri-environment scheme implementing in part a zonal programme approved by the European Commission under article 7 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 2078/92 on agricultural production methods compatible with the requirements for the protection of the environment and the maintenance of the countryside.

The document consists of 4 sections. Plots of land subject to radioactive contamination and not ensuring crops complying with sanitary requirements and norms shall be subject to removal from the category of agricultural land. Expropriation of the aforesaid category of land from owners of the plots of land and non-public land tenants shall be carried out in legal form while expropriation from state land tenants shall be carried out by decision of the competent body.

The document consists of 4 sections. The present Regulation determines the modalities of carrying out state control over the observance of land legislation, land tenure and protection of land. State Committee on Land Relations and Land Survey and its territorial branches shall carry out state control over: 1. observance by land-owners and land tenants of land legislation, establishes regime of the use of land plots in accordance with their purpose; 2. prevention of illegal seizure of the plots of land; 3.

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of carrying out state control over use and protection of land elaborated in accordance with Land Code and that is compulsory for the observance by all legal persons irrespectively of their subordination and form of property, and also by all natural persons and officials on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

These Rules concern applications for planning permission in the sense of section 1 of the Development and Planning Act 1974. They specify documentation requirements of the application such as architectural plan, draft plan of subdivision, location plan, site excavation plan, and site plan. Applications include applications for: applications to develop land, applications to subdivide land and applications for carrying out foreshore work. Other provisions concern procedures of applications and decision making, notification, etc.

These Regulations, amend the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 to provide a number of changes to the scheme whereby landfill site operators are entitled to credit based upon the contributions they give to approved bodies with objects concerned with the environment. Regulation 4 provides for amendments to regulation 31 "Entitlement to credit", which determines when a landfill site operator can claim tax credits and how he should calculate his entitlement to credit.

The Order amends Finance Act 1996 in order to provide for an additional exemption from the new landfill tax, which Part III of that Act introduces. The exemption is in respect of disposals of waste material that has resulted from certain land reclamations. Article 3 provides for the insertion in the Act of new sections 43A and 43B. The first of these provides an exemption from landfill tax for disposals of waste arising from land for which a certificate, issued by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise under section 43B, is in force. Certain other conditions must be fulfilled.

These Regulations make provision for the administration and assurance of landfill tax. In particular: Part I provides for the Regulations to come into force on 1st August 1996, defines expressions used in them and provides for certain decisions of the Commissioners to be made in writing. Part II regulates the registration of persons who intend to make taxable disposals. It provides for changes to the register and the removal from the register of persons who cease to intend to make taxable disposals.

Por el presente Decreto queda aprobada la reglamentación de la Ley provincial Nº 1.354, relativa a la prevención y lucha contra incendios en zonas rurales. La reglamentación está contenida en el anexo adjunto, el cual se compone de los siguientes capítulos: (I) Del servicio de lucha contra incendios; (II) Del Plan provincial de picadas cortafuegos; (III) De las quemas prescriptas; (IV) De las sanciones aplicables.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la reglamentación de la Ley Nº 5.804 sobre expropriación de terrenos para la conservación del sistema ecológico. En particular, establece las pautas de manejo a aplicar a las acciones y emprendimientos a desarrollar en el área delimitada por dicha Ley. El título II del presente Decreto (arts. 4º-35) introduce normas de zonificación y sobre el uso de los terrenos. Estos últimos se distinguen en permitidos, restringidos y prohibidos.

La presente Resolución crea la Unidad de Gestión de los Recursos Naturales Renovables, la cual se encargará de elaborar, ejecutar y administrar los programas y proyectos referentes al manejo y conservación de los recursos naturales renovables y a la política del uso de la tierra y agua, desarrollados en base a la política agraria del Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería.

These Regulations amend the Range Management and Grazing Control Regulations 1980 in a provision which prescribes a penalty for trespass upon leboella. Section 6 stipulates that a person shall not, except in cases specially approved Trespass by the chief, graze his stock or any stock in his possession or upon leboella cause such stock to be grazed in any area set aside by a chief as leboella.
