This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Lang Son province.The main objectives of the plan include: agricultural, forestry and fisheries development; to enhance management of the exploitation and use natural resources used in agriculture and forestry; urban space development; development of water supply, irrigation, drainage and wastewater treatment facilities; and environmental management and protection.

Le présent arrêté détermine, au sein du Ministère de la construction et de l'Assainissement et de l’Urbanisme, les règles de création, fonctionnement et organisation d’une Commission d’agrément d’aménageur foncier.

Le présent décret, en application des dispositions des articles 22, 39,40 et 48 de la loi 034-2009/AN du 16 juin 2009 portant régime foncier rural, institue au profit des budgets communaux, des recettes perçues à l'occasion des prestations rendues par les Services Fonciers Ruraux ou les bureaux domaniaux au titre.Ces recettes perçues donnent lieu à la délivrance d’une quittance à souche.

Le présent décret autorise la reprise des opérations de lotissement ou de restructuration sur toute l’étendue du territoire national.Les conditions et modalités de reprise des opérations de lotissement en cours d’exécution et suspendues sont fixées par arrêté conjoint des ministres en charge de l’urbanisme, de l’administration territoriale et des finances.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Ha Tinh province.The main objectives of the plan include: agricultural, forestry and fishery development; development of water supply, irrigation and drainage systems; protection of the environment; biodiversity protection; management and protection of natural resources; prevent and control climate change, sea level rise and natural disasters; waste treatment facilities; and urban space development.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de acondicionamiento territorial y desarrollo urbano, que constituye el marco normativo para los procedimientos técnicos y administrativos que deben seguir las municipalidades a nivel nacional en el ejercicio de sus competencias en materia de planeamiento y gestión del suelo, acondicionamiento territorial y desarrollo urbano y rural.

This Decree establishes the modalities of land-use planning in urban areas. It includes also afforestation in urban areas. Land-use planning in urban areas shall be exclusive competence of the local self-government that must ensure organization and implementation of land-use planning in accordance with sanitary norms and regulations. Land-use planning includes creation of green areas, amenity forests and protection forests in urban areas. Deployment of waterworks and urban irrigation systems shall be integral part of land-use planning activity.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Quang Tri province.The main objectives of the plan include: exploit and effectively use mineral resources and combine mining with protection, rehabilitation and restoration of the mine environment; agriculture, forestry, fisheries and rural development; control of environmental pollution; reasonably exploit natural resources; development of water supply, drainage and irrigation systems; and urban planning.

El presente Decreto modifica el reglamento de la Ley que tiene por objeto establecer el marco regulador del ordenamiento territorial para el desarrollo urbano, respecto a las infracciones en materia urbanística.

El presente Decreto reglamenta los Proyectos Integrales de Desarrollo Urbano (PIDU), que constituyen el conjunto de decisiones administrativas y de actuaciones urbanísticas, definidas de común acuerdo con las autoridades de planeación de los municipios y distritos, necesarias para la ejecución de operaciones urbanas integrales que garanticen la habilitación de suelo urbanizable para la ejecución de los proyectos de construcción de vivienda y reubicación de asentamientos humanos para atender la emergencia económica, social y ecológica nacional.
