La presente Ley regula la expropiación pro utilidad pública. La utilidad pública debe servir de fundamento legal a la expropiación, y comprende todos los casos en que se procure la satisfacción del bien común, sea éste de naturaleza material o espiritual. Podrá actuar como expropiante el Estado Provincial; también podrán actuar como tales las Municipalidades, las Entidades Autárquicas Provinciales y las Empresas del Estado Provincial, en tanto estén expresamente facultadas para ello por sus respectivas leyes o leyes especiales.

These Regulations, made by the Minister under sections 95(6), (9) and (10) and 110A of the Local Government Act, requires every Municipal Council to levy a general rate on the owner of any immovable property included in the valuation list prepared under these Regulations.

The President, with a view of creating favorable conditions for the development of agro-ecotourism, improve living conditions of citizens in rural areas, small urban settlements and improvement of rural infrastructure, decrees that provision of services in the sphere of agro-ecotourism can be performed by natural persons permanently residing in single-family residential house or in a townhouse in rural areas or small urban areas, manufacturing agricultural commodities on agricultural land, or smallholders; or agricultural organizations.

The President decrees to establish beginning from the harvest of 2018 the modalities, according to which: (a) the efficiency of land plots tenure pertaining to farms shall be discussed at the local government meetings on a quarterly basis, while the efficiency of use of agricultural land areas under crops pertaining to dehkan farms and smallholders shall be discussed monthly in the self-governing bodies of citizens; and (b) in relation to farmers, dehkan farms and smallholders who inefficiently used land plots, that did not completely sow crops and that did not timely implement agrotechnica

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State regulation of the fertility of agricultural land shall be considered development and approval of norms and rules in the field of ensuring the fertility of agricultural land”.

La presente Resolución imparten orientaciones para remitir a la Subdirección de Seguridad Jurídica o a las Unidades de Gestión Territorial por delegación del Director General, los expedientes de procesos y procedimientos iniciados en diversos municipios por demanda, y en los cuales se están realizando intervenciones catastrales bajo la metodología de levantamiento predial del catastro multipropósito, en el marco de la elaboración de planes de ordenamiento social de la propiedad rural.

Preamble shall be amended to add the following wording: “This Regional Law shall not be applicable to agricultural land classified as gardening, horticultural and subsistence farming land plots destined for individual subsidiary smallholding, garage construction and also to land plots under estate property. Turnover of the aforesaid land plots shall be regulated by Land Code of the Russian Federation”.

This study emerged out of an identified need to document social processes leading to land insecurity, and those leading to investment and sustainable use of lands by rural populations. Focusing on the Delta and Dry Zone, the main paddy producing regions of Myanmar, this analysis unravels the powers at play in shaping rural households’ relationship to land.

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Agriculture) Regulations 2011 in various provisions relating to, among other things, application for a screening decision, documents that shall accompany the application, the follow-up on a decisions by the Minister and information for the environmental impact statement. The Regulations also give a new definition of "EIA Directive", “environmental impact assessment” and “EIS”.

La presente Resolución establece el Procedimiento de parcelaciones de tierras nacionales para la adjudicación con fines agrarios o en función de esta actividad. La Autoridad Nacional de Administración de Tierras (ANATI), podrá crear, por medio de metodología convencional o por regularización masiva de tierras, parcelaciones agrarias para destinarlas a la cría directa de animales o cultivo vegetal con fines de producción de alimentos, o para la vivienda de personas o familias dedicadas a la actividad agraria.

This Law, consisting of 34 articles divided into four Chapters, creates a simplified cadastral information system. It adopts measures for the immediate identification of the land structure and the ownership of the rural and mixed lands. In addition, it creates: a) Geo-referenced graphical representation procedure; b) Special procedure of registration of rural and mixed lands omitted; c) Procedure of identification and registration of a land with no owner. The land has a unique identifier, called the land identification number (NIP).
