The Directive aims at accelerating and completing the allotment of land and the granting of agricultural land tenure certificates, which was enforced by Decree No. 64-CP of 27 September 1993. All organizations and individuals that have been assigned land by the State or are directly managing and using land for agricultural production, forestry, aquaculture or salt production but have not yet been granted land tenure certificates, shall have to declare and register the total land area they are using at the commune People's Committees for consideration and granting of certificates.

Permits shall be obtained in accordance with a procedural scheme adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture. Acquisition of land or establishing of a right on land for certain purposes, including for certain agricultural purposes, is exempted from the duty to obtain a permit. (5 sections)

This Ministerial Decree regulates purchase and sale of agricultural land, organization of auction sale thereof, and the modalities of calculation of rent for lease of public agricultural land. Purchase and sale of the plots of agricultural land shall be carried out by the owners. In case of purchase and sale by the third parties they must be in possession of notarized letter of authorization. Agricultural land contaminated by chemicals and radioactive substances to the degree exceeding the established contamination levels shall not be subject to sale.

This Ministerial Decree validates the Regulation on transfer in lease and management of pastures and the form of contract for transfer of the plots of pasture areas. It classifies pastures as: (a) pastures for transhumance; (b) pastures for intensive management; (c) pastures located between transhumance areas and fixed pasture areas; and (d) pastures of the inhabited areas. All pasture areas shall be mapped and shall have boundaries designated afield.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of six articles and six Annexes, establishes provisions on taking samples of agricultural soil for purposes of analysis. Moreover the Decree deals with assessment of agrochemical properties of agricultural lands, as well as taking samples of forest soil and assessment of agrochemical properties of forest lands.

Cadastre valuation of land shall be integral part of land cadastre and it shall be carried out for the purpose of obtaining data on soil quality and location of land that characterize the conditions of agriculture and normative value of land. Cadastre land valuation data shall be used for the calculation of land tax. Only separate cultivated plots of agricultural land shall be subject to cadastre valuation of land.

This Regulation, which is composed of 23 articles, lays down procedures and criteria for the lease of agricultural land and farms owned by the Republic of Slovenia and managed by the Farmland and Forest Fund of the Republic of Slovenia by natural and legal persons, and the content and duration of the lease. Land may be leased only to nationals of the Republic of Slovenia and domestic legal entities with the majority share of domestic capital. The Government notes that as a result of realization of the Presidential Decree No. 874 of 1997 on allocation of 25 thousand hectares of lands for personal subsidiary farm of the citizens for increasing production of agricultural commodities there has been achieved real increase in production of grain, potatoes, rice and other agricultural commodities, improved food delivery to the population and the prices for the above-mentioned agricultural commodities have been kept under control. At the same time some mistakes have been committed as regards distribution of land plots.

Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees as follows: 1). To validate the proposed Simplified order of land share and its registration. 2). The Committee on land resources and land management attached to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and its local branches should determine the size of a land share on the basis of the order approved by the present Decree.

This Regulation establishes that conservation of degraded agricultural land means temporary putting out of use thereof for the period of five years for the purpose of soil rehabilitation. It establishes basic principles for identification of degraded agricultural land, the modalities of exposure thereof and provisions for soil improvement and rehabilitation.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of nine articles and five Annexes, establishes provisions concerning sampling of soil as well as performance of agrochemical tests for assessing soil properties of forest lands. Annex 3 describes rules of chemical analysis of agricultural lands, whereas Annex 5 deals with chemical analysis of forest lands.
