This Decree validates the Statute of the Federal Committee on Land Policy. Federal Committee on Land Policy (GOSKOMZEM) is the Federal Authority that coordinates interministerial activity of the issues pertaining to the sphere of land relationship, functional regulation in this field, including the keeping up of land cadastre, valuation of land, land survey , state control over the use of land and the soil protection. Federal Committee on Land Policy has its local (territorial) branches at the regional level.

En virtud de la presente Ley se autoriza al Departamento de Agricultura del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico a otorgar en fincas de cierto tamaño, los permisos para realizar las prácticas agrícolas necesarias, con el fin de llevar a cabo el desarrollo agrícola de Puerto Rico.

La presente Ley tiene como objetivo general promover y garantizar los derechos económicos, sociales, políticos y culturales de las mujeres rurales, para alcanzar su empoderamiento y desarrollo. Se entiende por mujer rural a la mujer cuyos medios de vida e ingresos están directa o indirectamente relacionados con la agricultura, la ganadería, artesanía u otra actividad productiva que se desarrolle en el ámbito rural y que se encuentre en situación de vulnerabilidad social, económica y cultural.

This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures regarding the transfer of agricultural land, the procedures of succession, inheritance and valuation. It also sets out provisions on the acreage and economic integrity of adequate income agricultural lands. The Regulation further determines the features of the eligible heir.

"Occupation" is defined in section 2 as "actual and bona fide farming by cultivation or with stock". Section 3 specifies terms on which conditions in title deeds in land regarding occupation shall be deemed to be satisfied. The Land Code makes provision for the regulation of "land relations" and its purpose is to secure rational use and protection of land, the protection of the environment, and "the equal development of all forms of economic activity in Tajikistan" (Preamble). This Law amends certain provisions (procedural matters) part of the Law on privatization of state agricultural land (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 87/2013).Changes are part of the amended simplified (shortened) procedural matters aimed to make the Law and its related field more accessible.The adoption of this amending Law will also provide for a longer period for payment of the purchase price for the purchase of agricultural land in state ownership if the selected bidder is an individual.

This Act vests all land comprised in the territory of each State in the Federation in the Governor of that State and requires that such land shall be held in trust and administered for the use and common benefit of all Nigerians in accordance with the provisions of this Act. In each State a Land Use and Allocation Committee shall be established. Such committee shall be responsible for advising the Governor on land management and resettlement issues. The Governor may declare urban areas and land controlled by the military shall be administered separately.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure fertility of agricultural land by owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders. The main arrangements for ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land shall be: (a) promotion of investments directed at improvement of soil fertility of agricultural land; (b) state rate setting in the sphere of ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land; (c) scientific research and practical application the outcome thereof; and (d) monitoring of soil quality and fertility.

This Decree approves the Regulation of the Land and Agrarian Reform Institution of the State of Pernambuco (ITERPE). This Regulation (in Annex I), consisting of 8 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Institution ITERPE, created by Law No.

These Regulations make provision in connection with the community right to buy under Part 2 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003.
