This Government Regulation provides guidelines on policies and strategies related to national spatial planning.The Government Regulation aims mainly at realizing: harmonization between the environment and biological environment; the unity of the use of land, sea and air; the rational and appropriate utilization of natural resources; etc.The Regulation covers policies and strategies for the development of the space structure and space pattern.

Cet arrêté du Gouvernement flamand fixe un régime indemnitaire en exécution de l'article 15, 15bis, 15ter, 15sexies, paragraphes 1er et 3 et 15septies du décret du 23 janvier 1991 relatif à la protection de l'environnement contre la pollution due aux engrais et modifie l'arrêté du Gouvernement flamand du 26 mai 2000 portant exécution de certains articles du même décret.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the Federal Acts on agriculture, rural soil and agricultural lease. In particular, the Law aims to strenghten agriculture and alpine farming, to guarantee favourable framework conditions for their development and to promote an efficient, sustainable, environment-friendly management above all through family farming.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall be responsible for validation of the contents and the attached documentation of the application for transfer to other category of agricultural land, except for land pertaining to the ownership of the Russian Federation”.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “This Regional Law regulates certain relations in the sphere of transactions of plots and shares of agricultural land within plenary powers of the regional administration”.

This Decree of the Department of Agriculture is based on Chapter 9 of the Land Code. It empowers the County Councils to appoint inspectors for the surveying and inspection of agricultural tenancies. It specifies criteria for appointment and grants powers to the county councils to repeal the appointment if an inspector is not suited for the work.

El presente Decreto crea la Agencia de Renovación del Territorio (ART), con personería jurídica, patrimonio propio y autonomía administrativa, técnica y financiera, adscrita al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.

The Land Parcel Identification System is the national identification system of exclusive state property, to be used in administrative procedures of area payments.

Article 19 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plots of land out of stock of land subject to redistribution (except for protection forest belts, rice irrigation systems and water abstraction facilities) shall be used by leaseholders for growing forage crops, viticulture, vegetables and fruits, and also for nurseries for agricultural plants with a view of production of seedlings and seeds”.

El presente Decreto modifica el Decreto Nº 225/007 en el sentido de reemplazar las disposiciones contenidas en los artículos 2º y 11. El artículo 2º se refiere a las excepciones a las restricciones para la titularidad del derecho de propiedad sobre inmuebles rurales y explotaciones agropecuarias. En virtud de estas nuevas normas, también podrán ser titulares los administradores de fondos de ahorro previsional y las sociedades comerciales, siempre y cuando cuenten con previa autorización del Poder Ejecutivo.

The Act makes provision with respect to titles in land, the development of selected land, and the resolution of disputes regarding land and various other matters relating to land. As a corollary to the principle that land in Lesotho is vested absolutely and irrevocably in the Basotho Nation and is held by the State, no person, other than the State, shall hold any title to land except as provided for under customary law or under this Act. Where the customary law is inconsistent with this Act, this Act shall prevail (sect. 3).
