This Law regulates the planning, protection, development, use and management of all land parcels defined and classified as agricultural land on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).This Law also prescribes various administrative and concrete technical rules and requirements including the common interest principles, inspection, monitoring issues and additional practices to be implemented in order to obtain a more safe, secure and sustainable use of the agricultural land (considered as a natural resource good of major interest).The Law is

The purpose of these Measures is to timely and properly handle grassland disputes and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and herdsmen. The Measures consists of 20 Articles.Grazing land use rights and management rights shall be protected by law. The local people's government, the villager committee are responsible for the grazing land dispute mediation and handling. Article 6 provides for the documents and materials which are the basis for mediation and settlement of grazing land disputes.

Some scenarios of probable climatic changes in the Czech Republic and the anticipated effect of these changes on the components of the hydrologic water discharge from drained agricultural and forest catchments are studied. The function of drainage systems on selected experimental lands is examined. The effect of climatic changes on the hydrologic balance and/or on the runoff from the catchments significantly varies up to +/-150% provided that we compare the average runoff.

This Regulation of the Government, which is composed of two articles, establishes the scope of information for soil block or part of soil block blocks kept in the records of the use of agricultural land. This scope of data is defined in art. 1.

The Rural Land Use Policy for Fiji is a national policy with a multi-sectoral approach. The general principle of this Policy is to determine responsibilities of the State, landowners and land users in the fields of sustainable rural development, land management, protection of natural resources, having regard to biophysical, cultural, social and commercial factors.Technical, institutional and legal framework will be strengthened and assessment will be carried out on agricultural land, pastures and forests to ensure efficient land use.

The aim of legal regulations related to agricultural land leasing in Slovakia is to stabilize the long-term leasing of agricultural land and provide the relevant protection for tenants.
