The purpose of these Measures is to timely and properly handle grassland disputes and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and herdsmen. The Measures consists of 20 Articles.Grazing land use rights and management rights shall be protected by law. The local people's government, the villager committee are responsible for the grazing land dispute mediation and handling. Article 6 provides for the documents and materials which are the basis for mediation and settlement of grazing land disputes.

L’article 2 établit que dans les limites des crédits budgétaires approuvés à cet effet, il est alloué une indemnité d'arrêt aux éleveurs de volaille qui cessent l'exploitation de la production de tous effluents d'élevage provenant de volaille sur un élevage existant, conformément aux conditions et modalités visées par le décret d'arrêt.

Some scenarios of probable climatic changes in the Czech Republic and the anticipated effect of these changes on the components of the hydrologic water discharge from drained agricultural and forest catchments are studied. The function of drainage systems on selected experimental lands is examined. The effect of climatic changes on the hydrologic balance and/or on the runoff from the catchments significantly varies up to +/-150% provided that we compare the average runoff.

Villagers in northern Pa'an District of central Karen State say their livelihoods are under serious threat due to exploitation by SPDC military authorities and by their Democratic Karen Buddhist Army (DKBA) allies who rule as an SPDC proxy army in much of the region. Expectancies that agricultural land in Slovakia will be used mainly by its owners has not become true. The reality is based on the fact that agricultural land is used mainly by tenants. This trend is considered to be the "European" trend. This is the reason why it is necessary to pay attention to land tenure. The aim of legal regulations related to agricultural land leasing in Slovakia is to stabilize the long-term leasing of agricultural land and provide the relevant protection for tenants.
