This Act provides the Department of Environment for Northern Ireland with powers to establish and manage protected areas including nature reserves and national parks. It also establishes the Committee for Nature Conservation. The Department may acquire land or enter into a management agreement with land owners for this purpose. This legislation also allows for acquisition of land by the Department. In addition, it states that bylaws can be created to protect such nature reserves. The Order also makes provision for the establishment of marine nature reserves.

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources of 23 April 2009. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

This Act concerns the exploration, ownership and exploitation of geothermal resources, i.e. any product derived from and produced within the earth by natural heat. All unextracted geothermal resources under or in any land, if not vested by law in any other person, shall be vested in the Government. The Minister may declare geothermal resources areas. Exploration for geothermal resources requires an authorization from the Minister whereas exploitation requires a geothermal resources licence to be issued by the Minister.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the cultural heritage in the province of New Brunswick. The Act strengthen the province’s ability to conserve heritage sites and objects by establishing the Crown as legal owner of heritage objects, and prohibiting the alteration of heritage sites.

This Act provides rules relative to cultivation, husbandry and forestry in times of war. It grants extraordinary powers to the Minister, assisted by a special Commission, to issue rules relative to agricultural production and the land use.

This Act makes provision for the management and conservation of forest and wildlife resources in Montserrat. It establishes the Forestry, Wildlife, National Parks and Protected Areas Board and the Environmental Fund. The Board shall, among other things, advise the Minister and review and revise the national forest, wildlife and national parks plan.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto apoyar el desarrollo sustentable a través de la prevención, preservación y restauración del equilibrio ecológico y la protección al ambiente en el Estado de Puebla.

El presente Decreto introduce reformas a la Ley del Régimen especial de la tierra en propiedad de las asociaciones cooperativas, comunales y comunitarias campesinas, en relación a la transferencia de tierras y demás bienes agrarios a favor de los adjudicatarios del Instituto Salvadoreño de Transformación Agraria, que se realizará por escritura pública de compraventa, y si el precio se paga a plazos, la venta deberá efectuarse con garantía hipotecaria.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer un régimen jurídico especial que permita realizar, en forma ágil y expedita, diligencias de legalización de la propiedad o de regularización de la posesión, que sean necesarias para otorgar seguridad jurídica sobre estos a personas de escasos recursos económicos y a personas afectadas por desastres naturales ocurridos a partir de enero de 2001.

The present Act declares valid the Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada and the Gwich’in, as represented by the Gwich’in Tribal Council, signed on 12 April 1992. Section 5 establishes that for the purposes of carrying out its objectives, the Renewable Resources Board established by the afore-mentioned Agreement has the capacity,rights, powers and privileges of a natural person. La présente loi modifie les dispositions des articles 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 13 et 15 de la loi n° 95­034 du 03 octobre 1995 autorisant la création des organismes chargés de la protection contre les inondations et fixant les redevances pour la protection contre les inondations.L’article 1er (nouveau) crée sur le territoire de la République au niveau des communes des organismes chargés de la protection contre les inondations, et institue la perception par les organismes de redevances pour la protection contre les inondations.

La presente Ley establece el marco normativo para la protección del ambiente, la conservación del patrimonio natural, y para propiciar el desarrollo sustentable del Estado de Michoacán.
