This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Dong Nai province.The plan aims at developing Dong Nai into a province with a fast and sustainable economic growth and at improving the people’s material and spiritual life and rationally utilizing natural resources and the environment.The plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; development of plant varieties; urban development; management of natural resources and environmental protection; and development of water supply infrastructures and wastewater drainage systems.

Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Citizens, associations and non-governmental non-commercial organizations operating in the sphere of environmental protection shall be granted the right to render assistance to state bodies in realization of arrangements related to organization, protection and management of protected areas of regional significance”.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la Ley que adopta medidas para la prevención del desplazamiento forzado y la atención, protección, consolidación y estabilización socioeconómica de los desplazados internos por la violencia, en relación a la disposición que establece que los notarios se abstendrán de autorizar escrituras públicas de actos jurídicos que impliquen transferencia de dominio de predios rurales ubicados en zonas de desplazamiento, mientras los solicitantes no aporten copia del certificado de libertad y tradición.

La presente Resolución por la cual se establece los requisitos y procedimientos para la elaboración y tramitación de los esquemas y planes de ordenamiento territorial (POT) para el desarrollo urbano y rural, a nivel local y parcial, adicionando criterios para la gestión integral de riesgos de desastres y adaptación al cambio climático, que permitan un desarrollo sostenible.

This Regulation aims to prevent and control water and soil loss, protect and reasonably utilize water and land resources, reduce disasters of flood and drought, improve ecological environment, and promote the sustainable economic and social development.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of organization and performance of public control as a form of public participation. Subjects of public control shall be: (a) Regional Public Chamber; (b) Public Advisory Council of the Regional Legislative Assembly; (c) public councils of the regional executive bodies; and (d) public chambers of the municipal units. Objects of public control shall be: (a) regional state bodies; (b) local government; (c) regional state and municipal organizations; and (d) other organizations performing some public functions.

The provisions in this Order apply to the specific financial support granted to farmers. Extensive farming in eligible areas where single payment scheme for the limited use of nitrogen and without the use of plant protection procedures applies, may be used for organic agricultural production.

El presente Reglamento tiene por objeto las prescripciones que deben cumplimentarse para la corta, destrucción, eliminación o menoscabo de árboles y arbustos nativos, en bosque nativo, y la corta, destrucción o descepado de árboles, arbustos y suculentas, en formaciones xerofíticas. El fin perseguido es el de proteger los suelos, manantiales, cuerpos y cursos naturales de agua y humedales declarados sitios prioritarios de conservación o sitios Ramsar.

The present Regulations are made under the Lands Act. The Regulations provide for the management of the St. John's Urban Region Agriculture Development Area. They contain provisions on use zones, public utilities, road construction, topsoil removal, non-agricultural residential development, commercial and industrial development, agricultural use and land transfer in the area. These Regulations make provision for the manner in which applications for planning permission, for approvals required by a condition imposed on a grant of planning permission in principle and for certificates of lawful use and development under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 are to be made.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in Part 2 of Schedule 2 which confers permitted development rights in respect of certain development for which no specific application for planning permission is needed. This Order provides permitted development rights for the installation of specified types of microgeneration equipment including water source heat pumps and biomass heating systems. It prohibits, among other things, certain development on land within a World Heritage Site.

The present Act provides for the continuation of the Heritage Manitoba as a body corporate consisting of the members of the board and such other persons as may become members pursuant to the by-laws. Section 9 establishes that the objects of the Foundation are, inter alia, to receive, acquire by purchase, donation o lease, and to hold, preserve, maintain or construct, restore and manage property both real and personal of historical, architectural, recreational, aesthetic or scenic interest for the use, enjoyment and benefit of the people of Manitoba.
