Ministerial Decree No. 326 regarding licensing of some types of activity.

The Government decrees to validate the list of the Federal Executive Bodies authorized to issue licenses and the list of activities subject to licensing. The Federal Tax Service is authorized to license production, storage, delivery, import/export of ethyl alcohol, spirits and spirit-containing products for alimentary use, production and wholesale trade of tobacco products. The Ministry of Natural Resources is authorized to license well sinking and exploitation of waterworks. The Ministry of Agricultural Products is authorize to licence stockbreeding, veterinary activity, control and management of pesticides and plant variety. The Federal Committee on Land resources is authorized to license geodetic and cartographic activity for the purpose of land survey. The Federal Committee of Ecology is authorized to licence the obligatory certification and testing centres. The Federal Construction Committee is authorized to licence the projecting of centralized water supply and drainage systems. The Federal Hydrometeorological Committee is authorized to licence oceanographical projects and hydro-meteorological activity. The Russian Cartographic Service is authorized to licence geodetic and cartographic activity. The Federal Technological Survey is authorized to licence the production of well sinking and boring equipment. The Federal Bread Inspection is authorized to licence processing of grain and cereals, bread, bakery and macaroni food production.
