The Government of the Russian Federation and the administration of the Nizhni Novgorod Region have agreed as follows: 1) The present Agreement establishes delimitation of authority as regards management of the objects of historical and cultural heritage pertaining to state property situated on the territory of the Nizhni Novgorod Region. 2) The objects of historical and cultural heritage pertaining to federal property situated on the territory of the Nizhni Novgorod Region are included in the list supplied in the Annex to the present Agreement. Objects of historical and cultural heritage not pertaining, in accordance with the present Agreement, to federal property, are state property of the Nizhni Novgorod Region. 3) Federal executive bodies carry out plenary powers as regards management of the objects of historical and cultural heritage pertaining to federal property. 4)The Administration of the Nizhni Novgorod Region carries out management of the objects of historical and cultural heritage pertaining to the property of the Nizhni Novgorod Region that are situated on the territory of the Nizhni Novgorod Region.
