This Regulation establishes the Governmental Land Commission and temporary land commissions in district and villages. The Governmental Land Commission is a collective body under the authority of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, whose composition is to be determined by the Council of Ministers. Its main responsibility is the implementation of land legislation in force. The district and the village land commissions are mainly in charge of settling disputes regarding land division and compensation.
