This Order establishes competence of the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Service related to state land survey of agricultural land. State land survey shall be carried out in the form of inspection by the authorized bodies. The purpose of the foresaid inspection shall be the enforcement of land legislation related to land protection and land tenancy. Land cadastre data, land monitoring data and other related information shall be used in the process of carrying out land inspection. End results of inspection shall be: (a) detection of offences related to land management and elimination thereof; (b) fulfilment of prescriptions; and (c) imposition of administrative sanctions.
