The Government, for the purpose of securing economic interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan and speeding-up of the process of making contracts for the of subsoil between the users of subsoil and the State Committee on Investments, decrees as follows: 1).
The Government, for the purpose of securing economic interests of the republic of Kazakhstan, regulating the use of subsoil and the modalities of contractual basis between the users of subsoil and the authorized institutions decrees to validate the Regulation.
This Regulation sets forth basic procedures and rules for implementation of Law No. 3083 of 1984.
The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The document consists of X Sections that contain 40 Articles. Section I establishes the rules of concession of subsoil in use. Section II specifies the modes of concession. Section III regards the concession through direct negotiations.

The present Regulation is enacted under the Surveys Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the fees payable for maps, plans and other documents, materials and services. The text consists 2 sections and 1 Schedule.
These Regulations, made by the Yap State Environmental Protection Agency under the Yap State Environmental Quality Protection Act, shall apply to all earthmoving activities as defined in these Regulations. They provides for measures to prevent erosion caused by earth moving and sedimentation.
These Regulations declare that all coastal land described in the Schedule is to constitute part of the coast for the purposes of the Coast Protection Act 1972.
