The Government, for the purpose of securing economic interests of the republic of Kazakhstan, regulating the use of subsoil and the modalities of contractual basis between the users of subsoil and the authorized institutions decrees to validate the Regulation. The document consists of III Sections that contain 10 Paragraphs. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II establishes the requirements for the valuation of contracts on the use of subsoil for taxation purposes. Section III determines the modalities of valuation.
