These nutrition-focused and nutrition-sensitive programs are further enhanced through the incorporation of climate change adaptation strategies in WFP project communities by piloting te climate-smart village approach in 5 WFP project sites in Phongsaly Province in Bountai and Samphanh districts. This report provides the analysis of the local situation of the 5 target villages as well as the recommendations for incorporating climate-considerations in WFP's nutrition-focused interventions in these villages. The analysis in this report were generated through a scoping mission conducted by WFP and IIRR team in February 2020.
