The Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) provides free internet access to Australasian legal materials. AustLII's broad public policy agenda is to improve access to justice through better access to information. To that end, we have become one of the largest sources of legal materials on the net, with over four million searchable documents.
AustLII publishes public legal information -- that is, primary legal materials (legislation, treaties and decisions of courts and tribunals); and secondary legal materials created by public bodies for purposes of public access (law reform and royal commission reports for example) and a substantial collection of law journals.

This Act provides for the establishment of the Western Australian Land Authority and defines its composition, and functions and powers.Functions of the Authority include: the development of industrial, commercial, residential and other land in a range of localities to meet the social and economic needs of the State while taking account of environmental outcomes; the completion of the Joondalup Centre project; the identification and development, or urban renewal, of centres of population and for the improvement of land for those centres; and for the development and disposal of surplus public
Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 (Act No. 126).
This Act, consisting of 156 sections divided into twelve Parts and completed by one Schedule, establishes a comprehensive set of legislative provisions dealing with state conservation and land management matters. It establishes a number of statutory bodies including the Conservation Commission of Western Australia, the Marine Parks and Reserves Authority, and the Marine Parks and Reserves Scientific Advisory Committee, and it defines their composition, and functions and powers.

These Rules implement the Lands, Planning and Mining Tribunal Act by providing requirements and procedures for conducting a proceeding.

Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007.
This Act provides for measures to improve the well-being of certain communities in the Northern Territory. The Act also concerns, among other things, the grant of leases by the Commonwealth, acquisition of rights, titles and interests in land by the Commonwealth, vesting rights, titles and interests in land in the Commonwealth and registration of dealings with land done by force of this Act. The Act makes consequential amendments to the Native Title Act, the Special Purposes Leases Act and the Crown Lands Act.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Act 2005.
This Act concerns self-government and self-sufficiency of Aboriginal persons and Torres Strait Islanders, the economic and cultural development of and the use of lands by descendants of original habitants of Australia. The Act establishes the Torres Strait Regional Authority (TSRA), the Indigenous Land Corporation and a corporation to be known as Indigenous Business Australia. TSRA shall, among other things, formulate and implement programs for Torres Strait Islanders, and Aboriginal persons, living in the Torres Strait area.
