The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Act sets guidelines on the function and responsibility of cooperative bodies in a municipality.
Order No. 955 on land survey companies.
The Order sets regulations with regard to surveying companies - which must, in addition to sole proprietorship - only be exercised by a surveyor company, operating in equity, private or corporate partnership. A surveyor company may only serve to drive the survey or the company. The latter, owned solely by practicing surveyors, may be the sole activity having to own shares in another surveyor company. The Minister shall lay down rules on the provision of corporate surveying, including rules on disposal of shares in the case of a shareholder’s death or cessation of exercise.
Brandenburg Land Valuation Expert Board Fees Ordinance.
The present Ordinance implements the Fees Law for the Land Brandenburg of 7 July 2009. Article 1 establishes that Expert Boards and their branch offices shall charge fees and costs for official acts in view of land valuation as laid down in the Annex. The text consists of 6 articles and 1 Annex.

The present Ordinance applies to buildings and building products. Furthermore, the Ordinance also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Ordinance.
