The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

These Regulations amend the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Prescribed Forms) (National Assembly for Wales) Regulations 2004 by inserting new Form 9A and replacing Forms 10 and 11. The amendments apply in relation to a compulsory purchase order which is made by the Welsh Ministers or which is subject to confirmation by the Welsh Ministers. Form 9a concerns the Statement of Effect of Parts 2 and 3 of The Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981.
Regional Law No. 5-OZ amending Regional Law No. 110-OZ “On classification of agricultural land as particularly precious agricultural areas”.
Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The list of particularly precious agricultural land areas prohibited for other uses except for agricultural production, specifying land area and location thereof shall be validated by the Regional Government”.

Act amending Fertilizers Act.
This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Fertilizers Act. In particular, the present Act provides details on reporting on mutually recognized fertilizers (supplemented art. 3b) and details on the register of fertilizers (replaced art. 6) containing registered and recognized fertilizers and auxiliary substances.

Le présent décret fixe les règles relatives aux procédures applicables à la préparation, à la passation, à la conclusion et au suivi des contrats de partenariat public-privé, en application des dispositions de la loi n°2015-039 du 3 février 2016 sur le Partenariat Public-Privé.
