Law No. 131/2014 amending and supplementing Law No. 9244 of 2001 on agricultural land protection.
This Law amends and supplements articles 1 and 3 of Law No. 9244 of 2014. Article 1 is amended to prohibit construction work on agricultural lands except in cases foreseen in its sections 2 and 4, while section 3 is supplemented to allow temporary construction on agricultural lands not permanently attached to it and that are necessary for agricultural and livestock-related activities.

This Regulation supplements Regulation 481 of 2011 with rules and procedures regarding detailed local planning. A new Section 2/1 ‘Detailed Local Planning’ is added after article 21.
