Le présent décret prévoit la création de stations expérimentales, de laboratoires et d'antennes régionales et/ou de wilayas, pour la réalisation des missions de l'institut national des sols, de l'irrigation et du drainage (I.N.S.I.D.), chargé de procéder à l'inventaire des ressources en terres agricoles et mettre en oeuvre un programme d'actions d'aménagement en vue de leur mise en valeur et préservation.

La presente Resolución establece los requisitos fitosanitarios para la importación de mantas de fibra de coco (Cocos nucifera) y trigo (Triticum aestivum) para el control de erosión, procedentes de los Estados Unidos de América, y deben estar libres de suelo y cualquier material extraño y estarán contenidas en empaques nuevos de primer uso.

El presente Decreto Legislativo tiene por objeto promover el otorgamiento de tierras eriazas de libre disponibilidad del Estado con fines de irrigación, mediante la utilización de aguas desalinizadas, para ser destinadas a fines agrícolas y agroindustriales.
