Cutting 4,698 hectares: (1) 78 hectares cutting from Economic Land Concession of Kasotim and reclassying as state private land, (2) 3,014 hectares cutting from Economic Land Concession of Dau Thieng (Cambodia), (3) 12 hectares cutting from Economic Land Concession of Dau Thieng Kratie, (4) 223 hectares cutting from Chan Sophea, and (5) granting donation of 1,371 hectares replacing social land concession for granting ownership to 1,618 families in Damrey Phung commune of Chhlong district and Svay Chhras commune of Snoul district in Kratie.

Determining 9,985 hectares as sustainable use zones in Oaral Wildlife Sanctuary in Oaral district of Kampong Speu province, reclassyfing the land as state private land, and granting the land for agro-industry investment to HLH Agriculture under 70 years lease term.

Determining 2 management zones in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary as sustainable use zones in Ouder Meanchey, and granting the land to 2 companies (7,750 hectares to Tomring Rubber Co., Ltd; and 7,700 hectares to Data Rubber (Cambodia) Co., Ltd).

Amending Article 1 of Sub-Decree No. 48 ANK.BK dated 30 March 2009 by changing "for lease" to "for granting concession".

Reclassifying 7,700 hectares as state private land in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Anlung Veng district of Oudor Meanchey province for agro-industry investment under lease or concession condition.

Cutting 11,494.55 hectares in Trapaeng Chou and Ta Sal communes of Oaral district in Kampong Speu province: (1) 10,819.48 hectares cutting from Oaral Wildlife Sanctuary of Royal Decreee dated 01 November 1993, (2) 565.96 hectares from HLH company, (3) 37.59 hectares from Great Field company, (4) 66.56 hectares from Future Environment, and (5) 4.96 hectares from Yee Jia company, for reclassifying 6,101.82 hectares as state private land for granting donation to 2,699 families who have actual occupation and cultiation, and for reserving 5,392.73 hectares as state public land.

Reclassifying 9,996 hectares of land in Snoul, Sre Char and Kzem communes of Snoul district in Kratie province for rubber, acasia and teak plantation.

Determining 1,195 hectares as sustainable use zone in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Oudor Meanchey province, and granting the land for agor-industry and rubber plantation investment to Hout Meng Rita Co., Ltd for 70 years.

Cutting 458.16 hectares of land in Oaral district of Kampong Spue province: (1) 318.51 hectares cutting from Oaral Wildlife Sanctuary, (2) 1.61 hectares from Economic Land Concession of New Cosmo, and (3) 138.04 hectares from Economic Land Concession of HLH Agriculture for granting donation of 324.48 hectares to 134 families, and reserving 133.68 hectares as state public land

Reclassifying 9,000 hectares as state private land in Ta Lao and Nhang communes of Andong Meas district in Ratanakiri province for agro-industry and rubber plantation under economic land concession scheme.

Reclassifying 1,195 hectares as state private land in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Oudor Meanchey province for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment under concession condition.

Cutting 1,066.92 hectares of land in Oaral district of Kampong Spue province: (1) 1,048.33 hectares cutting from Oaral Wildlife Sanctuaru, and (2) 18.59 hectares from Economic Land Concession of HLH Agriculture, and reclassifying 960.39 hectares as state private land for granting donation to families, and reserving 106.53 hectares as state public land in Chrok Teak village, Paeng Chou commune, Oaral district of Kampong Spue province.
