The sub-decree aims to determine the rules for the use of state forest land for planting trees throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Determining 6,000 hectares as sustainable use zone in Banteay Chhmar Nature Protection Area in Banteay Meanch and Oudor Meanchey provinces, and granting the land for agro-industry investment to Cheat Aphivath Co., Ltd.

Cutting 321.1255 hectares of land in Techo Chrey Bak village, Techo Akphivath commune, Chouk district of Kampot province: 78.7187 hectares cutting from 2002 Forest Cover, and (2) 242.4068 hectares cutting from Economic Land Concession of First Bio-Tech Agricultural (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, and reclassying 272.7255 hectares as state private land for granting donation to 121 families, and reserving 48.4 hectares as state public land.

Determining 32,940 hectares of 7 management areas in Nature Protection Areas (Preah Moninong "Bokor" National Park, Preah Sihanouk "Ream" National Park, Snoul Wildlife Sanctuary, and Beoung Per Wildlife Sanctuary) as sustainable use zones, and granting the land for agro-industry investment to Y Seng Co., Ltd; for eco-tourism development to Royal Group; for rubber planation and agro-industry investment to Retthy Kiri Seyma Co., Ltd; for rubber plantation and agro-industry investment to Hout Sambat Co., Ltd; for rubber plantation investment to E-Investment Co., Ltd; for rubber and other trees

Reclassifying 7,289 hectares as state private land in Beoung Per Wildlife Sanctuary in Staung district of Kampong Thom province for rubber plantation investment under lease or concession condition.

Determining 4,557 hectares of management areas in Roneam Daunsom Wildlife Sanctuary in Phnom Proek and Kamreang district, Battambang province, as sustainable use zones, and granting the land for agro-industry investment for 70 years to BSC Import Export Co., Ltd.

Reclassifying 7,960 hectares as state private land in Sangkum Thmey and Roveang districts of Preah Vihear province for rubber plantation and agro-industry investment.

The Sub Decree No.11 ANK.BK of March 22, 2000 on Procedures of Establishing the Cadastral Index Map and Land Register shall be considered void and replaced by this Sub Decree that determines the procedure of establishing cadastral index map and land register through the systematic adjudication in areas declared as an adjudication area as stated in article 2 of this Sub Decree.

Reclassifying 6,000 hectares as state private land in Banteay Chhmar Nature Protection Area in Thmar Puok district of Banteay Meanchey province and Banteay Ampel district of Oudor Meanchey province for agro-industry investment.

Cutting 212.5183 hectares of land in Chouk district of Kampot province: (1) 105.3696 hectares from Economic Land Concession of Virtus Green Plantations (Cambodia) Pte, Ltd; and (2) 107.1487 hectares from Economic Land Concession of First Bio-Tech Agricultural (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, and reclassying 197.6002 hectares as state private land for granting donation to 115 families who have actual occupation and cultivation, and reserving 14.9181 hectares as state public land.

Reclassifying 8,000 hectares as state private land located in Sangkum Thmey district, Preah Vihear province for investment in rubber plantation.

Cutting 2,340.79 hectares of land in Por Pok commune, Staung district, Kampong Thom province: (1) cutting 2,000.30 hectares from Beoung Per Wildlife Sanctuary, and (2) cutting 340.49 hectares from Economic Land Concession of CRCK 2; reclassifying 2,279.89 hectares as state private land for granting ownership donation to 619 families, and reserving 60.90 hectares for physical infrastructure.
