These Rules amend the Circuit Court Rules in relation with proceedings for specified relief and other proceedings under the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009.

This Law amends the Strata Titles Registration Law (2005 Revision) in the interpretation section and in provisions concerning, among other things: creation of strata lots, duties and powers of a corporation created by the proprietors of all the strata lots of the property, voting rights, disposition of common property, bye-laws, and creation of easements and agreements. It also inserts a new section on acquisition of additional property.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment, composition and operation of the Survey and Spatial Information State Office in Schleswig-Holstein. This Act amends the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 in sections 2, 9, 17, 25, 45 and 102. It also inserts new sections on consequences to deeds of registration regarding immovable properties from dissolved marriages and repeals section 94.

This Act makes provision for a wide variety of matters relating to land tenure and reform in Lesotho including the definition of rights in land, allocation of land in rural areas, grant of title in land, vesting of land in authorities, government acquisitions and acquisition and expropriation of land for public purpose, grant of long-term leases and regularization and adjudication of title in land, including resolution of disputes by specialized land courts established under this Act. All land in Lesotho is vested in the Basotho Nation and is held in trust by the King.

The Albanian National Land Consolidation Strategy is a national strategy with a cross-sectoral approach. The timeframe is a 15 year period from 2014 to 2028, divided into three major phases. The Strategy promotes the creation of economically viable, competitive and sustainable family farms. The overall aim is to contribute to sustainable development and to enhance the agricultural sector in an inclusive and gender and socially equitable manner, so as to ensure food security, alleviation of poverty and the rational use of natural resources.

The Strategy for the Development of the Forestry and Pastures Sector in Albania is a national strategy with a sectoral approach, whose objectives are: a) protection of forests, pastures and biodiversity; b) encouragement and maintenance of the sustainable management of forests and pastures; c) consolidation of linkages with the market economy; d) involvement of local stakeholders and users in the development of the forestry sector; e) institutional and legal reform of the forestry sector at national and local level.

This Regional Law establishes that price of a plot of land located in urban areas and destined for agricultural production already allotted to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) possession or as lifelong hereditary possession in case of purchase thereof by the aforesaid categories of tenants shall be 15 percent of estimated cadastre value at the date of submittal of application.

Regulation No. 37 of 1998 provides for the appointment of Land Conveyancer and the establishment of Land Conveyancer Offices. This Letter further defines various matters relating to such officials and their activities. The Conveyancers shall draw up deeds relative to land according to instructions given in comma 4. The provision of this Letter also concerns the fostering and supervision of Land Conveyancers.

This Regulation prescribes the manner and procedure for the mandatory cadastral land classification and land reclamation on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, autonomous district of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.Concrete land cadastral classification and land reclamation rules and requirements are also governed by the necessary cadastral culture and cadastral class evaluation of a specific land parcel (fertile land, agricultural land and other).
