Le présent décret fixe l’organisation et les modalités de fonctionnement de la Direction Nationale des Domaines et du Cadastre. Un arrêté du Ministre chargé des domaines fixe les détails des modalités de fonctionnement de la Direction Nationale des Domaines et du Cadastre.

Le présent décret crée au niveau de chaque Région administrative et du District de Bamako, un service régional dénommé Direction Régionale des Domaines et du Cadastre placée sous l’autorité administrative du Gouverneur de région ou du District de Bamako et sous l’autorité technique du Directeur National des Domaines et du Cadastre.Composée de la division des recettes; de la division du cadastre; de la division des domaines et du contentieux, la Direction Régionale des Domaines et du Cadastre est chargée de : appliquer la réglementation relative au domaine, au cadastre et à la propriété fonc

This Presidential Decree designates the Federal Agency of Immovable Property as the authorized federal executive body responsible for keeping the state land cadastre, conducting land valuations and survey, and enforcing land legislation. It shall have the following plenary powers: (a) territorial land use planning; (b) cadastre registration of immovable property; (c) mapping; (d) reports on administrative offences related to land legislation; and (e) protection of classified information.

This Decree establishes the modalities of cadastre valuation of agricultural land and updating its data related to plots of agricultural land allotted to agricultural organizations, including peasant farms and for subsistence farming purposes. Cadastre valuation of agricultural land shall be conducted on 1 January of the year of performance of cadastre valuation. Cadastre valuation of agricultural land shall be performed by initiative of State Property Committee at least once in 10 years.

This Regulation has been elaborated by the specialists of the Committee on Land Reform and Land Resources (ROSKOMZEM) and determines the modalities of working out, issuing (substitution) and conservation of official documents. This Regulation was approved by the Scientific and Technical Council and was validated by the Committee on Land Reform and Land Resources of the Russian Federation.

La mission essentielle du Comité est d’alimenter la réflexion sur les questions de politiques et de stratégies en matière de sécurisation foncière en milieu rural au Burkina Faso. Il est mis en place dans chaque région, un Comité Régional de Sécurisation Foncière en Milieu Rural.

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Luzern. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure.

Article 12.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plot or plots of land, indicated in land-use planning scheme or on cadastre map of the territory, shall be formed as a result of consolidation of land plots pertaining to various land categories, except for cases envisaged by the federal legislation”.

The present Law implements the directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the Law provides the legal framework for the development and operation of a spatial data infrastructure system of Hamburg as part of the national spatial data infrastructure.

La présente loi modifie les dispositions des articles 2 et 3 de la loi n° 97-026 du 20 mai 1997 régissant la profession de Géomètre Expert.Aux termes de l’article 2 (nouveau), le Géomètre Expert procède en son nom et sous sa responsabilité au cours les opérations qu’il entreprend dans le domaine foncier, notamment les opérations topographiques de foncier et de cadastre ; la matérialisation des limites des biens fonciers, les opérations techniques ou aux études se rapportant aux travaux cadastraux et de lotissement, à l’évaluation, au partage, à la fusion ou à la mutation des biens fonciers.

La présente loi modifie les dispositions de la Loi N° 97-027 du 20 mai 1997 régissant la profession d’Entrepreneur des travaux cartographiques et topographiques.En effet, l’Entrepreneur des travaux cartographiques et topographiques exécute toutes les opérations cartographiques et topographiques en dehors de celles relatives aux travaux fonciers et cadastraux.
