De kadastrale kaart van 1832 geeft in detail (1:2500) per gemeente de eigendomssituatie en het grondgebruik weer. De kaarten en leggers (OAT) zijn momenteel als scans ontsloten, maar daarmee niet bruikbaar voor analyses in een Geografisch Informatie Systeem (GIS). In een pilotproject is de kadastrale kaart van de gemeente Heino (Overijssel) ontsloten als GIS-bestand en zijn er landschapsecologische analyses uitgevoerd. Hiervoor is ook een terugvertaling gemaakt van de huidige bodem- en grondwaterkaart naar een historisch bestand.

Onderzoek in de gemeente Beekbergen maakt duidelijk hoe het kadastrale archief van 1832 kan worden gebruikt om het oude boslandschap te reconstrueren en de huidige verspreidingspatronen van bosplanten te interpreteren

Bij steeds meer beleid en wetgeving spelen regelingen een rol die betrekking hebben op individuele percelen. Voor de uitvoering en evaluatie van deze regelingen bestaat er daarom grote behoefte aan perceelsgebonden informatie. Om een efficiënte verzameling, opslag en verwerking van deze informatie mogelijk te maken speelt geografische vastlegging van de grenzen van percelen een belangrijke rol.

De Zeldersche Driesen is een klein natuurgebied in Noord-Limburg langs de rivier de Niers. Het bestaat uit bos en droge graslanden. De geschiedenis is vanaf 1660 in kaart gebracht, vooral het Kleefse kadaster heeft veel details van dit landschap aan het licht gebracht

The National Land Policy was adopted by Jamaica in 1997 as a national policy for the land sector. It establishes the framework needed for Jamaica to become more progressive, transparent and modern in its approaches to land and geographic information management systems, land administration and utilization, land resources and environmental management, and land development planning. The goals and objectives of this Policy are to ensure the sustainable, productive and equitable development, use and management of the country’s natural resources.

This Decree sets forth provisions on land classification, cadastral information system, change in the category of agricultural land and pastures, change in the category of lands affected by radioactive and chemical contamination and degraded by natural hazards, expansion of lands in forests and protected areas, and the procedures and principles for the change in the category of land. This Decree shall apply to agricultural land under the condition that the intended purpose does not change.

This Law sets forth principles and procedures of registration and demarcation of land, and the duties and authorities of the state agencies and municipalities in this respect. The Law consists of 15 Articles and 4 Sections. It contains provisions on principles of land structure and land administration, land registration, demarcation of land borders, nomenclature and classification of land, establishment of administrative units for land management, land use planning, land registry, and sanctions.

The Land Registration Rules under Section 16 of the Land Registration Act set forth procedures and principles of land registration. Registers shall be in the appropriate form prescribed in Schedule 1. A land certificate and a certificate of lease shall be in the appropriate form prescribed in Schedule 2. Other forms required to be used under the Act shall be as prescribed in Schedule 3.

El presente Decreto implementa procedimientos que permitan realizar en forma adecuada y expedita la elaboración, inscripción registra o protocolización de los documentos donde conste la constitución, modificación, extinción o transmisión de derechos sobre los terrenos y las viviendas construidas en el marco de la Gran Misión Vivienda Venezuela (GMVV) y demás programas, planes o proyectos del Estado que tengan como objetivo la satisfacción del derecho constitucional a la vivienda y a la propiedad.

La presente Resolución modifica la que tiene por objeto unificar las actividades relacionadas a la conformación, actualización, custodia y archivo del Expediente de Restitución de Tierras, respecto a los responsables de la conformación del expediente físico de restitución de tierras que estará a cargo del profesional catastral, social, étnico y jurídico a quien se le asigne el conocimiento de cada una de las solicitudes de restitución de tierras.

This Act, consisting of 40 sections, makes provisions with respect to land tenure rights, conveyance of lands, easements, transfer of land, leases, mortgages, foreign governments right to own land and various other matters relative to the registration of titles, use of land rights, transfer of land, etc.
