This Regulation on the State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre defines its status, main tasks, functions, rights and liability, and also the procedure for operation thereof. State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre shall be a body of public administration in the sphere of land relations, geodesy, cartography and state cadastres.

Regulation on the performance of cadastral work at the ground level determines the content and order of cadastral work for primary registration/renovation of land boundaries, as well as other types of work. It is mandatory for persons performing cadastral work, and for persons who are competent to receive, approve, and register real estate objects.

This Order establishes that administration of the State Land Cadastre shall be intended implementation of measures and arrangements for setting up and keeping software of the State Land Cadastre, technical and technological support thereof and preservation and protection of the information and data contained therein. The administrator of the State Land Cadastre shall be responsible for access to information for the purpose of viewing, research, copying and printing of the information published on the official web-site of the State Land Agency.

La presente Ley modifica la que crea el Sistema Nacional Integrado de Información Catastral Predial, en relación a las entidades que lo conforman y a los integrantes del Consejo Nacional de Catastro.

These Rules amend the Registered Land Rules in the Third Schedule. The Third Schedule prescribes forms for purposes of the Registered Land Act. Form R.L. 2 is amended by deleting the attestation clause and substituting therefore a new clause. This form concerns the transfer of a lease.

La presente Resolución establece la metodología para desarrollar la actualización permanente de la formación catastral, que tiene por objetivo definir el marco metodológico aplicable a los ejercicios de actualización catastral “permanente” en el país, considerando el ordenamiento jurídico vigente y las diferencias que pueden existir catastralmente entre entidades territoriales y entre autoridades catastrales, incluidos sus niveles de desarrollo y necesidades.

The purpose of this Decree is to provide for the matters that are delegated by the Act on the Establishment, Management of Spatial Data and those necessary for its enforcement.

This Decree, consisting of 7 articles and six Annexes, approves the Table of Classification of the Urban and Rural Land Uses and Activities of the Distrito Federal. In the Classification of Urban and Rural Uses and Activities of the Federal District, the activities are framed in the following uses: I - Urban: (A) residential as set out in Annex I; (B) as set out in Annex II; (C) industrial, as set out in Annex III; (D) institutional, as set out in Annex IV; (E) provision of services as set out in Annex V; II - Rural, as set out in Annex VI.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Leaseholder of a plot of agricultural land pertaining to public or municipal ownership shall have the right of purchase of such plot of land in ownership in case the right of lease originates from conversion of permanent (open-ended) tenancy or life-long hereditary possession of such plot of land to lease, at the cost equal to 15 percent of its cadastre value”.

Le présent décret, pris en application des dispositions de la loi n° 020/2005 du 03 janvier 2006 fixant les règles de création, d'organisation et de gestion des services de l'Etat, ensemble les textes modificatifs subséquents, porte création et organisation de l’Agence Nationale de l'Urbanisme, des Travaux Topographiques et du Cadastre. L’Agence Nationale de l'Urbanisme, des Travaux Topographiques et du Cadastre (ANUTTC) a pour mission d'aménager des espaces constructibles et de délivrer les titres de propriété établis par les administrations compétentes en la matière.

La presente Resolución tiene por objeto adoptar medidas para la inscripción de la información catastral producto de la implementación del Catastro Multipropósito, de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas y metodologías autorizadas, incluyendo lineamientos generales para la participación de las Direcciones Territoriales del Instituto y la preservación de otros datos catastrales multipropósito.

This Act transfers from the Registrar-General to the Land Title Registrar those functions that relate to the recording of interests in land. It shall be the duty of the Land Title Registrar to cause to be recorded and registered any deed or other document which may be deposited in the Land Title Registry Office (LTRO) for recording and registration and which the Land Title Registrar is authorized or required pursuant to this Act to record and register. The act also requires change in ownership of freehold estate not by way of mortgage to be registered.
