Le présent décret fixe les attributions spécifiques des membres du Gouvernement. Les ministres exercent, chacun, leurs attributions spécifiques en concertation avec les ministres qui en sont concernés ou intéressés. Ces concertations doivent être menées avant la saisine du Secrétariat général du Gouvernement des projets de texte ou de documents de politique nationale.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure conservation and rational tenancy of agricultural land and urban land and it establishes requirements for grazing and passage of cattle on the regional territory. Owners of cattle must form their livestock in herds and appoint a herdsman. In case of impossibility to for a herd, the owners must perform grazing personally or, in alternative, to keep cattle indoors. Passage of cattle to the collection points for the formation of herd shall be performed by owners of cattle or by persons appointed thereby.

The Order regulates soil conservation measures after toxic or radioactive degradation. It consists of eight articles: General provisions (1); Purpose (2); Scope of application (3); Conservation and improvement measures of soil that has been contaminated with toxic or radioactive substances (4); Conservation and improvement measures of soil after natural disasters (5); Financing of soil conservation and improvement measures (6); Control and liability (7); and Amendments and additions to the Order (8). The purpose of the document is to discover and timely conserve contaminated soil.

This Complementary Law, consisting of 42 articles divided into seven Chapters, establishes the Planning and Territorial Planning System of the State of Roraima. The above mentioned System, called SPOT/RR, is the main guiding instrument for planning of land occupation and control of the use of natural resources of the territory of the State of Roraima, in the implementation of plans, programmes, projects, works and public and private activities. The purpose of the SPOT/RR is to implement the provisions of art.

The overall objective of the present national cross-sectoral Forest Policy is to achieve sustainable forest management that would ensure sustainable increases in the economic, social and environmental benefits from forests and trees for the present and future generation including the poor and the vulnerable groups.

This Resolution, consisting of 82 articles divided into seven Chapters and 16 Annexes, ratifies the Tourist Planning Plan (POT) of the Tourist Zone of Salamansa (ZTS), within the island of São Vicente. It includes reports of the Plan for urban areas, as well as environmental and landscape domain, the Plan Regulation and drawings, which constitute the framework and the charters.

The High Commissioner may declare, by Proclamation, any area of land to be a national park under section 3, and may acquire private land with the area declared to be a national park pursuant to section 4. Sections 5 and 6 place restrictions on residence in parks. No person shall hunt in national park, but fishing is allowed and hunting for the preservation of species is allowed. Various other activities are prohibited in a national park.

These Regulations reform the law in Ghana with respect to the granting of timber rights and related matters. They (a) regulate the identification of land suitable for the grant of timber rights, (b) regulate the terms and conditions for small and large scale timber rights, (c) regulate other sources of timber, and (d) provide for a legality licensing scheme.The Forestry Commission shall identify lands suitable for grant of large scale timber utilisation contracts. The Regulations set out the procedures for the identification of lands (including owner consent).

This Law establishes the third amendment of Law No. 54/2005 regulating the title ownership of water resources. Amendments deal with the ownership of water resources and lay down the requirements to be satisfied in order to use such resources. In addition, it regulates the lake and fluvial public domain which belongs to the state or to the autonomous regions.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 18 articles divided into five Chapters, establishes the general norms regulating the Territorial Land Use Planning (POT) of the Ataúro Island, including its territorial management instruments, as well as actions, programmes, projects and any licensing or authorizations, whether public or private.

This Regulation on the State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre defines its status, main tasks, functions, rights and liability, and also the procedure for operation thereof. State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre shall be a body of public administration in the sphere of land relations, geodesy, cartography and state cadastres.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba los Estándares de Calidad Ambiental (ECA) para Suelo, que constituyen un referente obligatorio para el diseño y aplicación de los instrumentos de gestión ambiental, y son aplicables para aquellos parámetros asociados a las actividades productivas, extractivas y de servicios.
