The present Administrative Regulation lays down provisions relating to all matters concerning land registration. The text consists of 45 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: general provisions (1); Land Register (2); Land Registration documents (3); Index (4) ; Individual estate transactions (5); Preservation of correspondence between Land Registry and Land Cadastre (6); Mortgage certificates (7); Dispensability of certificate of compliance (8);Transitional and final provisions (9).

This Act establishes guidelines on surveying and mapping of cadastre through the Survey and Cadastre Authority. Survey and Cadastre Authority may, after consultation with other authorities, store and distribute related data. Surveying in Danish waters, including waters around the Faroe Islands and Greenland, may only be done with the Survey and Cadastre Authority authorization. At completion, a copy of all survey data shall be submitted to the SCA. Decisions in adherence to section 1 may not be appealed to any other administrative authority.

The Act gives guidelines on land development taxation, which is exempt if the property is developed in connection with a sale. This Act imposes cadastre tax applicable to owners of properties in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg Municipality whereby its subdivision and land registry is equivalent to a taxation of 5 000 DKK for each property developed. Taxation under this Act shall be paid, although it is provided for remission of duty to public in other legislations.

El presente Decreto Supremo modifica el que aprueba las medidas de promoción para garantizar la seguridad jurídica de predios ubicados en determinados distritos ubicados en zonas de extrema pobreza, respecto a los requisitos económicos para acceder a la inscripción de titularidades en el Registro de Predios.

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce efficiently the Saxon Land Survey and Cadastre Law of 29 January 2008. The text – consisting of 22 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects:announcement of land survey works, access to information, use of information from land survey database, requirements of the survey cadastre, border of parcels of land, marking, control of lower survey authorities, transfer of data, transitional provisions, entry into force and expiry.

The present Regulation implements the Federal Soil Protection Act of 17 March 1998 (BGBl. I p. 502). In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the contaminated site cadastre of Saxony. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Subject matter (I); Content of the database (II); Data collection and updating of data (III); Storage, deleting and archiving of data (IV); Access right (V); Information of interested parties (VI); Entry into force (VII).

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Land Register Ordinance in its version of 26 May 1994 (BGBl. I p. 1114). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to a computerized land register in the Free State of Saxony. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Introduction of computerized Land Register (1); Setting up of a computerized Land Register (2); Call procedure (3); Substitute Land Register (4); Contract data processing (5); Entry into force (6).

The Act sets regulations concerning cadastral designation and registration. If a cadastral property is registered as a farming property, it will include added agricultural areas as well. The cadastral regulating authority is the Danish Geodata Agency.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to official land survey and land cadastre in the Free State of Saxony. Article 1 establishes that the official land survey includes the: a) land survey; 2) land cadastre including cadastre survey and marking and 3)binding evidence of real-estate boundaries. La presente Resolución modifica la que crea el Programa de Formalización de la Propiedad Rural, que tiene como objeto de promover el acceso a la propiedad de los predios rurales, en relación a los informes técnico-jurídicos requeridos y a las funciones de la Unidad Coordinadora del Programa.

La presente Resolución adopta la Guía Metodológica para la Formalización Masiva de la Propiedad Rural por Barrido Predial, como la principal herramienta orientadora y de consulta para los agentes que participan directa o indirectamente en la ejecución de las etapas de los proyectos de formalización masiva en las Zonas de Formalización Masiva declaradas por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.
