The Land Register Act provides for the procedure for maintenance of land registers. Land registers shall be maintained in written proceedings unless otherwise provided by this Act. Land registry departments of county and city courts shall maintain land registers. A land registry department shall maintain the land register concerning registered immovables located in the land registry jurisdiction of that land registry department. A land registry jurisdiction is the jurisdiction of the corresponding county or city court. Exceptions may be made by a regulation of the Minister of Justice.

Le présent décret fixe les modalités d'application des dispositions de l'article 55 du Code des ports maritimes de commerce et notamment les conditions d'occupation temporaire du domaine public des ports maritimes de commerce. Une autorisation d'occupation temporaire doit être délivrée par le président -directeur général de l'office de la marine amrchande et des ports sur proposition du directeur du port concerné.

This Act provides for changes in land registration, it consists of 32 sections and is divided into three parts. Part I concerns documents, and changes in the requirements for land registration. Part II is dedicated to automated recording and property mapping and Part III covers electronic registration and related matters.

This Act concerns the land titles in Ontario, it consists of 172 sections and is divided into eleven parts. Part I contains preliminary provisions, i.e. definitions and administration of the Act. Part II covers organization and administration, provisions are grouped under three titles: application of the Act, officers and authority of officers. Part III is dedicated to the jurisdiction of the court and appealing procedures.

These provisions aim at implementing the Land Registration Act, particularly as regards the application for the registration of land or the issue of a certificate of title and application for registration of acquistion by prescription. Article 13 concerns appeals against the decisions of the Registrar; article 14 concerns claims for indemnity. Several schedules, containing the models of the forms of the applications and certificates hereby envisaged, are attached.

“Customary land”, “private land” and “public land” shall bear the same meaning in this Act as in the Land Act. The Minister may apply the provisions of this Act to areas in which, according to the Minister, ascertainment of interests in customary land or the agricultural development of such land require the application of provisions of this Act.

The Act makes provision for various matters relating to customary land, private land and public land and powers of the Minister in respect of such land.The Act consists of 44 sections divided into 8 Parts: Preliminary (I); general (II); Private Land (III); Private land (IV); Customary land (V); User of land (VI); Trespass or encroachment upon, or unlawful occupation of, land (VII); Miscellaneous (VIII).A Corporation may hold land only with a license from the Minister (sect. 3). The Minister may dispose of public and customary land in accordance with section 5.

The Ordinance makes provision for the survey and disposal of crown lands, registration of grants or lease of crown lands and for the protection of crown lands from illegal acts. All power and authority in respect of survey and disposal of crown lands shall be vested in the Governor in Council. The Governor may appoint a Commissioner of Crown Lands under section 3. The Commissioner shall carry out surveys and may take possession or lease crown lands. Every grant or lease of crown lands shall be registered in accordance with section 8.

Mayor, for the purpose of keeping state land cadastre of the city of Moscow, orders to validate the structure of cadastre number of the plot of land in accordance with the Annex 1., to validate the draft of boundaries and numeration of cadastre districts in accordance with the Annex 2 (to be used as model), to validate for the purpose of state registration of the ownership rights to immovable property in the city of Moscow the structure of cadastre numbers of the objects of immovable property in the city of Moscow in accordance with the Annex 2 .

The Parliament decrees to set up State department of land management. The main function of the Department is state control over the purposeful use and protection of land, keeping state land cadastre and land registration and protection of soil.
