These Regulations implement provisions of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984.The Regulations provide for the protection and conservation of fauna and flora and restrictions on fishing, taking or approaching certain marine fauna in marine parks or marine management areas, marine reserves and other land to which these regulations apply (CALM land).The Regulations provide for restrictions on the access to CALM land, on camping, on offensive and dangerous behavior, etc.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Farmland Requirement Law 1996 (LGBl. No. 74). In particular, the Law adds a paragraph 5 to article 33 dealing with the intrinsic value of an agricultural community plots; furthermore, the text amends, inter alia, article 40 concerning issuing of building authorization on behalf of the competent authority. This Law amends several articles of the Programme on “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” dealing with the regularization of urban settlements. The amended articles deal with financial aspects, legal and administratives proceedings, sustainable urban projects authorization criteria, etc.

La presente Ley modifica el texto refundido de la Ley de urbanismo, en materia de suelo no urbanizable, con la finalidad de favorecer la conservación y la recuperación del patrimonio rural, de incentivar la reactivación económica y el desarrollo del mundo rural, la presente ley amplía los usos admisibles en las masías y casas rurales susceptibles de reconstrucción y rehabilitación, y permite la catalogación, por razones arquitectónicas o históricas, de otras edificaciones existentes en suelo no urbanizable, anteriores a la entrada en vigor del primer instrumento de planeamiento urbanístico

El presente Decreto Legislativo aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de urbanismo, que tiene por objeto la regulación del urbanismo en el territorio de Cataluña. El urbanismo es una función pública que abarca la ordenación, la transformación, la conservación y el control del uso del suelo, del subsuelo y del vuelo, su urbanización y edificación, y la regulación del uso, de la conservación y de la rehabilitación de las obras, edificios e instalaciones.

Within the framework of the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 18 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102), the present Law regulates land use planning in Sachsen-Anhalt. Article 1 establishes that the whole land of Saxony shall be subject to a sustainable land use planning policy. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Land use plans (2); Securing land use planning (3); Organization of regional and local planning (4); Space observation (5); Transitional and final provisions (6).

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the assessment of environmental impact. The text deals with the following matters: tasks of the Environment Office in the Canton of Zurich, responsibilities of planning authorities, issue of building authorizations, land use planning, special provisions for certain infrastructures. The text consists of 7 articles and 1 Annex.

This Order specifies that all the provisions of the Town Planning Act, as amended, with the exception of section 7 thereof, shall apply to the Out Island districts and parts of districts which are specified in the Schedule to this Order. There shall be a local committee for each of the districts or parts of districts specified in the Schedule to this Order. The committees shall have and exercise powers and discharge the responsibilities of the Town Planning Committee constituted under section 4 of the Town Planning Act.

These Regulations make amendments consequential to the coming into force of the Localism Act 2011. Schedule 2 to this Order makes amendments consequential to the provisions of section 232 of the Localism Act 2011, which amends Parts II and III of the Land Compensation Act 1961 in relation to certificates of appropriate alternative development and assessment of compensation. Schedule 3 makes an amendment to Schedule 8 to thee Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, which makes transitional provision in relation to old plans and policies.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 7 Chapters, approves the National Regulation for Land and Urban Planning (RNOTPU). it specifies the basic legislation for territorial planning and its management, as established by Legislative Decree No. 1/2006. The Decree-Law, defines the instruments to regulate territorial: management development, planning, sectoral policy and regarding special nature, such as land planning of: protected areas, touristic areas, coastal zone management and hydrographic basins. The Law 10360 of 2010 amends Article 92 of Law 10119 of 2009 by extending several time periods prescribed for starting with the full implementation of the Law from ‘no later than 15 January 2011’ to ‘no later than 30 September 2011’.

The Law lays down the framework for the legalization of constructions build without permissions in the informal zones, the transfer of ownership for these properties, the urbanization of the informal zones and blocks and their integration in the territorial and infrastructural development of the country, the procedures for legalization, and the establishment of responsible state structures. The Law is retroactively applicable regardless of the constructions’ purpose and function.
