The present Law implements the Federal Act on acquisition of land by persons abroad of 16 December 1983.. Article 1 establishes that the acquisition of land shall be authorized if this serves as principal residence. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Cantonal license reasons and restrictions (I); Licensing and complaint authorities (II); Licensing and complaint procedures (III); Fees (IV); Final provisions (V).

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Appenzell-Ausserrhoden. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure.

The present Act regulates: a) the execution of the federal geo-information legislation; b) the collection, tracking, management and access of geodata under cantonal law; c) the administration and access to municipal land use plans; d) the cadastral map of line systems. The present Law aims at the conservation, protection and safeguard of landscapes and cultural monuments. Article 2 establishes that residents of the Canton and communities - together with owners as well as users - shall ensure the protection, conservation and maintenance of cultural monuments as part of the cultural heritage.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution l’article 36 loi fédérale du 24 janvier 1991 sur la protection des eaux. L’article 1er établit que les communes déterminent les espaces réservés aux eaux dans leur réglementation fondamentale en matière de construction ou dans les plans de quartier conformément à l'article 36a, alinéa 1.Le texte comprend 3 articles.

This Act provides for the control and planning of development and for the acquisition and disposal of land for planning purposes under the Lands Acquisition Act. It establishes the Town and Country Planning Authority and defines its functions and powers. The Authority shall make a development plan based on the review of existing development in the Seychelles. The plan shall, among other things, designate land as land subject to compulsory acquisition. The Minister shall, by Order, provide for the grant of permission for the development of land as specified.

These Regulations, made by the Minister under Section 20 of the Land Surveyors Act, stipulate that a person, on whose behalf a survey of State Land is carried out by a Government Surveyor, shall pay to Government the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule. The Regulations shall not apply to the island of Rodrigues.

This Presidential Decree approves the mid-term Development Plan 2009-2013 for the Province of Huíla (in the Annex). The above mentioned Plan specifies the projects prescribed by the General Budget of 2012 under the Development Programme of this Province. Moreover, this Plan establishes priority projects to be assessed and eventually implemented and treated in coordination with the executive central services.

La presente Ley Foral modifica la que tiene por objeto la regulación de la actividad de ordenación del territorio, de la actividad urbanística y el régimen de utilización del suelo, respecto a los Planes Sectoriales de Incidencia Supramunicipal que tienen por objeto actuaciones residenciales, de actividad económica o el desarrollo de planes y políticas públicas, cuya incidencia y efectos trascienda, por la magnitud, importancia o las especiales características que presenten, del municipio o municipios sobre los que se asienten.

La presente Ley Foral tiene por objeto la regulación de la actividad de ordenación del territorio, de la actividad urbanística y el régimen de utilización del suelo y de los instrumentos de intervención en el mercado del suelo en la Comunidad Foral de Navarra.

Furthermore, this data shall be of good quality and at adequate costs. La présente loi concerne les constructions et les installations diverses. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que sur tout le territoire du canton nul ne peut être fait sans y avoir été autorisé, comme par exemple modifier la configuration d’un terrain, ou. élever en tout ou partie une construction ou une installation, notamment un bâtiment locatif, industriel ou agricole.
