The present Law lays down provisions relating to a general regional land use planning, a charcoal planning and restructuring planning. Such activities shall be carried out with a view to attain a sustainable development and, in particular, to restrain their impact on the environment. Article 14 of the Ordinance establishes the Charcoal Committee of the Land Brandenburg whose headquarters shall be in Cottbus. Its main function shall be to render acceptable to public opinion the exploitation of charcoal.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to space and land use planning. The land and its partition has to be developed, ordered and secured through efficient land use plans with a view to a sustainable use of natural resources. The text consists of 30 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions relating to tasks and principles of land use planning and definition of terms (I); Special plans for use of land (II); Proceedings on land use planning (III); Further instruments to carry out planning, and co-operation (IV); Competent authorities, final provisions (V).

The present Law lays down comprehensive provisions relating to the division and development of land and in particular of agricultural land. The text deals with the following issues: land tenure, subdivision of land, competent authorities, tasks of administrative co-operatives, supervision, fees, election of the administrative board, assessment of value, announcement of the results, competent courts for land disputes and transitional provisions. The text consists of 14 articles.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the planning of land and soil belonging to the Land Brandenburg. Such land shall be preferably regulated by leases and building rights. In particular, special consideration shall be given to principles and aims of land use planning. Furthermore, the Ordinance shall promote local and regional development, conserve forest areas, waters areas, protect nature, improve agricultural infrastructures, secure agricultural development, and forestry infrastructures.

Cette ordonnance est relative à la protection, la sauvegarde et la conservation du patrimoine national. Le ministère chargé de la protection du patrimoine national, prend les mesures générales propres à assurer la conservation et la protection des biens, objets de la présente ordonnance en collaboration avec les différents ministères concernés et les Collectivités décentralisées. En vue d’assurer la sauvegarde, la protection et la conservation totale ou partielle du Patrimoine national, l’Etat peut ordonner l’inscription sur l’inventaire national des biens.

The Annex to the present Agreement lays down provisions relating to the planning programme of common land. Article 1 of the Annex establishes that the common land use planning shall be required for the development of the whole area of Berlin and Brandenburg into one single region within the common growth of the peoples of Europe.

The Annex of the present Ordinance lays down comprehensive provisions relating to land use planning in the area Berlin-Brandenburg. The first Part of the Annex concerns the compliance of the present Plan with federal provisions. Furthermore, it also deals with charcoal areas and their redevelopment. Part II concerns the economic, social and ecological aspects of the 250 km long border between Germany and Poland. Part III regards the general area development plan for Berlin and Brandenburg with a view to housing schemes, traffic development, recreation areas and flooding prevention.

The purpose of this Act is to support the decentralization process in general and capacity building of the districts, in particular with respect to the rural infrastructure development, and to improve rural accessibility.Village Development Committees shall be constituted as executives of the Village Council in village development areas, Municipalities shall be constituted as executives of the Municipal Council in municipal areas, and District Development Committees shall be constituted as executive bodies of District Councils in district development areas.

This Act grants a priority right to the Government of Kiribati to purchase land from landowners who offer such land for sale: (a) to any person not among the next-of-kin of the transferring owner; or (b) whether the person is next-of-kin or not, to any person for valuable consideration. The Act provides for the acquisition of such land by the State. No owner shall: (a) unconditionally accept an offer to purchase land; or (b) cause an alienation governed by this Act to be effected, without first providing notice to the State in a form set out in Schedule 2 to this Act.
