This Law amends and supplements Law No. 9482 of 2006 in articles 1-6, 10, 13, 15, 27-45 while repealing articles 11 and 14.

This Circular, consisting of 13 articles divided into four Chapters, guides a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 34/2014/ND-CP of April 29, 2014, promulgating the Regulation on land border areas of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This Circular applies to Vietnamese and foreign agencies, organizations and individuals operating in land border areas of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (below referred to as land border areas). Land border areas are defined in Clause 1, Article 3 of Decree No. 34/2014/ND-CP.

The Lands, Housing and Urban Development Sector Strategic Plan is a national sectoral plan of Uganda for the period 2013/14 - 2017/18. Its main objective is to ensure sustainable land management, orderly development and adequate housing for socio-economic development.The Plan aims to make land use more productive and sustainable.

This Decision approves the adjusted master plan on socio-economic development of Thanh Hoa province through 2020, with orientations toward 2030, with the following principal contents: 1. The master plan on socio-economic development of Thanh Hoa province through 2020, with orientations toward 2030, must be in line with the country’s socio-economic development strategy and the master plans on socio-economic development of the northern central and central coastal regions; and harmonized with the country’s sectoral master plans. 2.

Le présent arrêté fixe les modalités d’application du dernier alinéa de l’article 20 du décret n°2014-205 du 13 mars 2014, portant réglementation de la délivrance de permis de construire en République du Bénin. Il précise les attributions, la composition et le fonctionnement de la Communale ou Municipale du Permis de Construire.

Le présent arrêté, sur tout le territoire de la République du Bénin, fixe les prescriptions minimales à observer pour la délivrance du permis de construire.

Le présent arrêté a pour objet de préciser les conditions de délivrance du certificat de conformité et d’habitabilité en République du Bénin. Le certificat de conformité et d’habitabilité est délivré à toute construction ayant reçu au préalable une autorisation de construire. Il consacre le respect à posteriori des règles d’urbanisme, de construction, de sécurité et d’hygiène conformément au permis de construire délivré.

Section 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land-use planning of urban territory shall be aimed at ensuring environmental security, sanitary, epidemiological and technical safety of urban areas, improvement of the state of natural environment, historical and cultural heritage, conservation of natural ecosystems, prevention of ecological and technological disasters and protection of public health”.
