This Act, consisting of 274 Sections divided into eight Parts and completed by eight Schedules, regulates the property Land Law in the territory of Victoria. The Act includes also provisions on registration, dispute settlement, insurances and public auctions. It is divided as follows: Registration of Conveyances etc. Affecting Land other than Land Under the Transfer of Land Act Deposit of Documents (I); The General Law of Property and Conveyancing (II); Real Estates Liable for Debts. Effect of Judgments. Lis Pendens and Execution. Protection of Purchasers etc. Against Judgments etc.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of ownership, tenancy and management of public land. The aforesaid operations shall be performed by the authorized regional state body. The following categories of land plots shall be considered pertaining to regional public ownership: (a) recognized as such by the federal laws; (b) land right originating from delimitation of public property to land; (c) land transferred to the regional property by the Russian Federation; and (d) land purchased by the regional administration.

La presente Ley reorganiza el Banco Hipotecario Nacional, que tendrá como objetivo general asistir, colaborar y contribuir con la función del gobierno en materia de vivienda y desarrollo habitacional.

La presente Ley promueve el acceso al crédito y moderniza mediante la ampliación del sistema de garantías mobiliarias y la simplificación de los trámites de constitución y ejecución de hipotecas sobre bienes muebles.

El presente Decreto Ley dicta medidas sobre hipoteca de bienes muebles y modifica el Artículo 1.567 del Código Civil que establece la tipología de bienes muebles susceptibles de ser hipotecados.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to set forth the conditions for the breeding, keeping and protection of bees, and also for protecting legal rights and interests of natural and legal persons carrying out apiculture. State support to apiculture shall be granted in accordance with regional programmes related to state support of agricultural activity.

This Law regulates relations concerning apiculture, keeping honey bees, production, processing of apiculture products, use of honey bees for pollination of agricultural entomophilous plant and crops, ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of natural and legal persons performing apiculture. It shall be applicable to pedigree and common commercial apiaries.

This Law establishes legal and organizational grounds for allotment and tenure of land plots for installation of energy objects, establishment of and compliance with legal status of special protected zones of energy objects with a view of continual functioning of such objects, rational utilization of land, and also ensuring safety of population and protection thereof against risks of technological disasters.

La presente Ley establece el impuesto del 2 por ciento sobre las transferencias a título oneroso de bienes inmuebles, sean estas mediante contrato de compraventa, permuta, dación en pago o cualesquiera otra convención que sirva para transferir el dominio de bienes inmuebles, y modifica el Artículo 701 del Código Fiscal.

This Act, consisting of 23 sections divided into six Parts, aims at consolidating and amending the law related to the sale of land. The Law is divided as follows: Part I Preliminary; Part II Sale of land under terms contract; Part III Restrictions on sale of subdivisional land; Part IV Offences in relation to sale of land; Part IVA Dealings in undivided shares in land; Part V Application to the Court by vendor or purchaser; Part VI Rules relating to title of general law land

These Regulations, consisting of 15 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, regulates administrative and legal proceedings related to the certification of land title. Where an application is made for a certificate of title for the whole or part of the land the subject of any existing certificate or certificates of title the Registrar may, if the Registrar thinks fit, instead of creating the certificate of title so applied for, create and register a certificate of title for each lot or location or for any number of lots or locations included in that land.

This Act, consisting of 132 sections divided into seven Parts and completed by four Schedules, provides for the facilitation of the horizontal and vertical subdivision of land and the disposition of titles thereto in Western Australia.
