Le présent décret modifie la composition de l'organe ad hoc ainsi que la procédure de mise en oeuvre de la constatation de la non exploitation des terres agricoles. La commission constate l’état de non exploitation des terres agricoles sur la base d’enquêtes menées: à l’initiative de ses membres; par les services agricoles; par l’office national des terres agricoles; sur saisine de toute personne.

El presente Decreto Ley autoriza la entrega de tierras estatales ociosas en concepto de usufructo a personas naturales o jurídicas, las que serán utilizadas en forma racional y sostenible de conformidad con la aptitud de uso del suelo para la producción agropecuaria.

This Law establishes the forms of property and ownership, legal and economic grounds in the sphere of property relations, and sets forth terms and conditions of the origin of property rights, ensuring protection and conservation of property. Objects of ownership can be land, subsoil, mining allotment, water resources, air space, forest fund, flora, fauna, and intellectual property.

This Ordinance prohibits the unlawful occupation or use of Crown land. The Minister may issue a notice to a person who commits an offence under this Ordinance to give up the occupation of the land and to restore it to its original condition. If the person committing the offence refuses to comply with the notice, the Commissioner of Lands or another authorised officer may remove or demolish any structure on the land. No prosecution shall be instituted against persons that comply within 60 days of the commencement of this Ordinance.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on land cadastre (Official Gazette 84/2007).Changes are related to the specific types of use of the official register and cadastre records, types of use of buildings and facilities, and other technical provisions regarding the occupancy permit, the final report of the supervising engineer, the solution of the derived condition, built certificate, the certificate authority responsible for the construction of the building.

This Act makes provision for the registration of deeds relating to immovable property and the appointment of the Registrar of Deeds. It also provides rules for the alienation of land by the State, the manner of transfer of land in general and concerns rights in immovable property and related to leases. If the State alienates State land not previously registered in the name of any other person, then the State may transfer the ownership in the land to the transferee by means of a deed of grant issued in terms of proper authority.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Legislative Assembly shall establish case of allotment of plots of public land with undelimited ownership to some categories of citizens in private ownership free of charge”.

This Regulation of the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) establishes the responsibilities of Person harvesting or making Commercial Use of Forest Resources under a Forest Resources License ("the Operator") with respect to the rights of private land owners and provides for a right of compensation to land owners harmed as a result of any activity or process carried out pursuant to a Forest Resources License. The Operator shall take all measures necessary to prevent harm to the property of private land owners resulting from operations, without limitation.

La presente Ley declara de utilidad pública el cultivo de las tierras de labor, que no lo sean por sus dueños, poseedores o encargados. Se entiende por tierras ociosas: a) aquellas que habiendo sido cultivadas regularmente en años anteriores, no hayan sido preparadas para las fechas señaladas en esta Ley; b) las que fueren denunciadas como susceptibles de ser abiertas al cultivo, exceptuándose las de agostadero que estén en servicio, las ocupadas con huertas y las de bosques cuyos árboles deban conservarse.

This Law officially defines the boundaries and physical limits, management and conservation practices, charges and compensation issues, correct use and ownership, and various protection rules all regarding the part of the Konjuh (located on the territory of the Tuzla Canton, autonomous district of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) that is declared and nominated as protected national landscape/wealth ''Konjuh''.The Law is divided into XI Chapters and 34 articles, including the offences and related penalties.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento para la implementación de la entrega de tierras estatales ociosas en concepto de usufructo a personas naturales o jurídicas, conformando a tal fin el Fondo de tierras ociosas que pueden ser entregadas en usufructo y estableciendo los requisitos y procedimientos que deben cumplir las personas naturales y jurídicas para solicitar la entrega.

La presente Ley de Reforma Agraria tiene como finalidad la transformación de la estructura agraria del país y la facilitación de su desarrollo económico y social, mediante la sustitución del régimen de latifundio y minifundio por un sistema justo de propiedad, tenencia y explotación de la tierra.
