El presente Decreto reglamenta el funcionamiento del Consejo Nacional de Tierras (CONATI) y establece los mecanismos para la elección de los delegados de las comunidades indígenas y negras, organizaciones campesinas, gremios del sector agropecuario y la Comisión Nacional de Reparación y Reconciliación ante el CONATI.

These Rules concern procedures of the Tribunal established under the Land Acquisition Act, as amended. Any person who is aggrieved by an award of the Commissioner as specified in section 29 (7) and (8) of the Act may apply to the Tribunal in accordance with these Rules.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento del Servicio Nacional de Reforma Agraria.

"Labour tenant" is defined in section 1 as a person who: (a) is residing or has the right to reside on a farm; (b) who has or has had the right to use cropping or grazing land on the farm, referred to in paragraph (a), or another farm of the owner, and in consideration of such right provides or has provided labour to the owner or the lessee; (c) whose parent or grandparent resided or resides on a farm and had the use of cropping or grazing land on such farm or another farm of the owner, and in consideration of such right provides labour to the owner or the lessee of such or such other farm,

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Land Transaction Law (LGBl. No. 42/2004). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 9 concerning measures for flood protection; and article 27 establishing that the legal transaction becomes retroactively ineffective, if consent is refused.

La presente Ley de saneamiento físico legal de predios tugurizados con fines de renovación urbana, con la finalidad de la puesta en valor de los inmuebles saneados legal y físicamente.

These amendments concern legal proceedings with the Land Claims Court, the settlement of disputes between interested parties, the enforcement of land restitution and the use and disposal of land that is affected by a notice in the sense of subsection 11 (1) of the Act.

La presente Ley, que tendrá una vigencia de cinco años, establece un procedimiento especial de expropiación extraordinaria para definir y formalizar los asentamientos comunitarios por antigüedad, con el objetivo de asegurar a los miembros de un asentamiento comunitario establecido por más de quince años de manera consecutiva, pacífica e ininterrumpida, el título de propiedad sobre el predio privado que ocupan.

La presente Ley tiene como objeto regular y establecer responsabilidades y competencias de los avaluadores para prevenir riesgos sociales de inequidad, injusticia, ineficiencia, restricción del acceso a la propiedad, falta de transparencia y posible engaño a compradores y vendedores o al Estado.
