Esta Ley tiene por objeto: a) regular la disolución de las copropiedades rurales existentes en el Estado de Nuevo León, b) señalar la extensión máxima de terreno de la que puede ser titular un individuo o sociedad, y c) establecer el procedimiento para fraccionar los excedentes, crear los fundos legales dentro de las mismas copropiedades rurales y constituir el patrimonio familiar de sus habitantes.

These Regulations, made Minister under section 75 of the Planning and Subdivision Act, set out requirements for applications under the Act for, among other things: a Land Use Plan Amendment; a Zoning Bye-law Amendment; approval for a Site Plan; approval of a subdivision; approval for Severance. The Department of Physical Planning may require additional documentation including supporting information for an Environmental Impact Study. The Regulations also concern consideration of applications by the Department and the Town Planning Committee.

These Rules, made by the Minister under section 65(5) of the Planning and Subdivision Act, 2010, concern the composition, functions and procedures of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board established under section II of the Act and provide rules with respect to appeals to be made to the Board from decisions of the Town Planning Committee appointed under section 5(1) of the Act. Subject to section 66 of the Act, a decision of the Board is final.

Memorandum of Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Province of Nova Scotia.

For the purpose of the present Memorandum «patented lands» means those tracts of land in the Province in respect of which Canada accepted surrenders of their rights and interests therein from the Indians entitled to the use and occupation thereof and in respect of which grants were made by Letters Patent issued under the Gread Seal of Canada. Section 2 establishes that all grants of patented lands are hereby confirmed except insofar as such grants purport to transfer to the grantees any minerals and said minerals are hereby acknowledged to be the property of the Province.

This Act concerns partition of all lands the subject of any co-tenancy, whether held or acquired before or after its passing. All joint tenants and tenants in common of any estate on which they have specified rights may be compelled in manner provided for in this Act to make severance and partition between them of all such lands respectively. A Court may order partition on application The Court may also order sale of the land concerned. A motion for partition shall include a motion for sale and distribution of the proceeds, and vice versa.

Nunavik Inuit Land Claims Agreement Act (S.C. 2008, c. 2).

The present Act approves the Nunavik Inuit Land Claims Agreement. “Agreement” means the Land Claims Agreement between the Nunavik Inuit and Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Canada, signed on December 1, 2006, including any amendments made to it. Section 7 establishes that for the purposes of carrying out their objectives, the Nunavik Marine Region Wildlife Board, the Nunavik Marine Region Planning Commission and the Nunavik Marine Region Impact Review Board established by the Agreement each have the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person.

Framework Agreement Treaty Land Entitlement.

The present Treaty Land Entitlement (TLE) Framework Agreement sets out the ways and means that the Parties – Canada, Manitoba and the Treaty Land Entitlement Committee (TLEC), on behalf of the Entitlement First Nations – have agreed to fulfil and satisfy the outstanding land obligations arising from the Treaties between the First Nations and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada. First Nations did not receive the full amount of land that was promised to them by way of their respective Treaties.

The present Agreement lays down provisions relating to the implementation of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada and Makivik Corporation. The text consists of 18 sections. Eight Annexes are enclosed.Furthermore, the present Governance Agreement sets out a process for Sioux Valley Dakota Nation to take control over and pass laws relating to natural resource development and the environmental assessment of related projects on its reserve land base.

Burgenland Building Ordinance 2008.

The present Ordinance enforces the Burgenland Building Law (LGBl. No. 10/1998). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Ordinance also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Ordinance.
