El presente Reglamento de Renovación Urbana, tiene por objetivo complementar las herramientas establecidas en el artículo 21 de la Ley de Planificación Urbana, y fijar las normas que deberán adoptarse para rehabilitar, remodelar o regenerar las áreas urbanas disfuncionales, o conservar áreas urbanas, cuya intervención sea considerada estratégica por parte de los gobiernos municipales o el Estado.

Adjusting of economic information and statistics to international standards leads to improvement of obtaining the data in the State Land Cadastre. In this regard, the state implemented new methodological approaches and registration forms of data acquisition.

Materials for our research are the new forms of records statements, approved by Order number 337 of December 30, 2015 of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine "On approval of new forms of administrative reports quantifying land" and instructions for filling them out.

Possibilities of bee forage identification and mapping based on multispectral images Landsat 8 have been shown in the research. The satellite images can be used to determine areas of crops that are resource for nectar and pollen such as sunflower, buckwheat and corn. Identifying bee forages was based on methods of supervised classification such as minimum distance to means, the linear discriminant analysis, the maximum likelihood, the parallelepiped and the k-nearest neighbors.
