A Decree to provide for ownership, allotment, use, registration of residential land and houses by citizens of Viet Nam and leasehold by foreigners, and in relation to this the assignment of title, the issue of certificates, settlement of disputes and other matters. The State recognises and protects the lawful title to residential houses and lawful right to the use of residential land. All residential houses and land must be registered. The lawful owners are issued the certificate of residential house title and residential land use right.

A Decree to provide for fees for the use of State land by private parties and land registration. A user of land that is entrusted the state to him for purpose of agricultural and forestry production, breeding of sea products, and producing salt, shall pay land using fees when using the land for other than allowed purposes. Organizations, families, individuals shall pay cadastral fees in the following cases: granting the land use right certificate; certifying the registration of the change on land; extracting the cadastral file.

These Rules amend the Land Registration Rules 1925 so as to: (a) alter the provisions for the deemed delivery of applications both for first registrations and for dealings with registered land, and provide for the time as well as the date of their receipt to be entered on the day list; (b) provide for applications to register dealings with registered land which are not capable of protection by a priority search to be lodged by way of a new type of application known as an outline application where the Registrar is satisfied that adequate arrangements have been made for their delivery and he

La presente Resolución crea la Oficina Nacional de Hidrografía y Geodesia (ONHG), adscrita la Ministerio de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias, como órgano de dirección que ejercerá las funciones de representación y ejecución estatal del Servicio Hidrográfico y Geodésico, con el fin de proponer, orientar y dirigir la ejecución de la política estatal sobre las actividades geodésicas, hidrográficas, topográficas, cartográficas, catastrales, de señalización marítima y de uniformación de nombres geográficos.

These Regulations amend the Land Registration (Conduct of Business) Regulations 2000 by substituting a new table specifying the provisions in the Land Registration Rules 1925 which authorize or require acts to be done by the Registrar and which acts may, by virtue of the principal Regulations, be done by the Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry or an Acting Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry or, for certain purposes, by a Deputy Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry.

The Measures are formulated in accordance with the 9th article of the Land Law of Tai Wan, are divided into V Parts: General Provisions (I); Cadastre (II); the Land–use Right (III); Land Tax (IV); and Expropriation (V). The Measures provide for the systematic surveying of the land, the criteria of the land tax and the procedures for the expropriation of the land.

This Directive lays down rules relative to a periodical (every five years) inventory of land in accordance with the Land Law so as to evaluate the changing situation of land use and land users, land status of municipalities, districts, provinces, and the whole country which shall serve as a basis for land policy and legislation.

La presente Resolución, que consta de 1 articulo y 4 anexos, aprueba el texto de los siguientes formularios registrales: a) formulario de inmatriculación; b) formulario de inscripción de transferencias de predios inscritos; c) formulario de inscripción de cargas y gravámenes sobre predios inscritos; d) formulario de acumulación, desmembración y parcelación de predios inscritos.

La presente Resolución, que consta de 5 artículos y de la Directiva 002-98-SUNARP/SN, que a su vez consta de un formulario registral y sus 4 anexos, aprueba los procedimientos administrativos para la inscripción del derecho de posesión en predios rurales de propiedad del Estado o de particulares.

La presente Resolución, que consta de 1 articulo, introduce modificaciones en lo relativo al procedimiento de inscripción de la parcelación de una comunidad campesina.

This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation and payment of compensation to former owners of land and their legitimate heirs for land transferred in ownership to cities. The total amount of compensation shall be established by district (urban) bodies of State Land Service and it shall be submitted for approval to the respective urban land commission. The sum of compensation shall be exonerated from application of taxes. The amount of compensation shall be based upon cadastre value of land.
