This Order, which extends to the United Kingdom, brings into force certain provisions of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 and contains transitional provisions relating to sections 205 and 206 of the Act.The Act further, among other things, a new system of marine planning and a new system of marine licensing and provides, across most of UK waters, for the designation of new Marine Conservation Zones.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto establecer la Norma ambiental de calidad de suelos para diversos usos, a fin de proteger la salud humana y los ecosistemas, definir los niveles genéricos de referencia y los límites máximos permisibles de contaminantes químicos en el suelo, establecer los métodos a utilizar en los análisis químicos y microbiológicos y especificar los contenidos de informes preliminares de situación, de caracterización y de remediación de suelos.

El presente Decreto establece las condiciones para el cálculo del índice de ocupación en las áreas de desarrollo restringido en suelo rural, que se calculará sobre el área resultante de descontar del área bruta del predio las áreas para la localización de la infraestructura para el sistema vial principal y de transporte, las redes primarias de servicios públicos, las áreas de conservación y protección de los recursos naturales y paisajísticos y demás afectaciones del predio.

In order to modernize Cambodia’s agriculture by increasing value added in the sector and promoting agricultural value chain responsiveness to market demand and regional and global competition, the royal government of Cambodia has elaborated the present agricultural extension policy in 2015.

These Regulations make provision in Wales for the administration and enforcement of compliance of farmers with a range of laws and standards regarding "good agricultural and environmental condition". The National Assembly for Wales, as the competent national authority, shall be responsible for providing farmers with a list of the statutory management requirements and standards of good agricultural and environmental condition on their land.

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross-compliance) (England) Regulations 2005.

One of the main concerns of the Cape Verde national tourism policy is to equip the country with an infrastructure that will enable it to develop tourism while protecting the natural environment. This Decree institutes tourism zones in the island regions suitable for tourism, and establishes ways in which land may be appropriated, and the procedures for its assignment to tourism promoters. Tourism zones are of two kinds: full tourism development zones (ZDTI) and tourism reserve and protection zones (ZRPT).

Certain lands being at the time state forests are transferred to national park estate and Aboriginal ownership. The lands described in Schedule 3 that are within State forests are set apart as, or as part of, flora reserves under the Forestry Act 1916. Forest agreements may be made under Part 2 with respect to particular regions of the State. A forest agreement may only be made in respect of a region that has been the subject of a regional forest assessment carried out by or on behalf of the Resource and Conservation Assessment Council.

The Act makes renewed provision for – (a) generally the protection of wild fauna and flora; (b) giving effect to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) and any other biodiversity related Convention to which Mauritius is or may become a party; and (c) the identification, control and management of reserved lands and private reserves, and for related matters.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of regional state supervision over the state, maintenance, conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage of local (municipal) and regional significance”.
