The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the protection and management of forest lands, rationally develop and utilize forest land resources and promote the development of ecological forestry. The Measures consist of 29 articles.The Measures provide for the procedures and requirements for the use of forest land for construction projects. Total amount control and quota management shall be carried out on forest land to be occupied by construction projects.

El presente Decreto oficializa el Programa de Acción Nacional de Lucha contra la Degradación de la Tierra en Costa Rica (PAN), elaborado por la Comisión Asesora sobre Degradación de Tierras (CADETI), en el marco de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas de Lucha contra la desertificación en los países afectados por sequía grave o desertificación en particular en África, como el instrumento de lucha contra la degradación de la tierra en Costa Rica.

La presente Ley, que consta de 7 títulos, 102 artículos, 2 disposiciones adicionales, 2 transitorias, 2 finales y 1 derogatoria, tiene por objeto la concentración parcelaria y la estructuración del suelo rústico para promover la constitución de explotaciones económicamente viables en el marco de conjunto de acciones de ordenación del territorio y la consiguiente armonización del derecho de propiedad y la función social de la misma (art. 1º).

El presente Acuerdo expide el Anexo 2 del Texto Unificado de Legislación Secundaria del Ministerio del Ambiente referente a la Norma de calidad ambiental del recurso suelo y criterios de remediación para suelos contaminados. La norma tiene como objetivo principal preservar la salud de las personas y velar por la calidad ambiental del recurso suelo a fin de salvaguardar las funciones naturales en los ecosistemas, frente a actividades antrópicas con potencial para modificar su calidad, resultantes de los diversos usos del recurso.

This Act aims to regulate the conversion and development of paddy fields and protect wetland areas in order to promote agricultural growth, ensure food security and sustain the ecological system in the State of Kerala.The Act provides for the establishment of a Local Level Monitoring Committee in each Panchayat or Municipality, a State Level Committee and a District Level Authorized Committee in each District to decide on the reclamation of paddy land for public purposes or for construction of residential building for owners of the paddy land.The Act prohibits the conversion or reclamation

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations in respect of payments of aid to farmers in nitrate sensitive areas and determine the rates of payment in accordance with article 5(1)(b) of Council Regulation (EC) 2078/92. This Proclamation aims at improving management and utilization of land and land resources for agricultural purposes in the Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples' Regional State. It applies to all land that lies outside of municipal borders. The Proclamation defines the right to acquire, free of charge, rural land by peasants, pastoralists and semi-pastoralists engaged in agriculture and the equal rights of women with respect to land and provides for the protection of such rights.

This Regulation implements provisions of the Proclamation of The Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples Regional State on rural land rights and use. It applies to all types of rural land and lands used for agricultural purposes in urban territory.
