A Decree to promote tree planting, regeneration and protection of forests among people in order to increase and enrich forest areas in Lao PDR. The 28 Articles are divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Legitimate Persons to Receive Land Allocations for Plantations (II); Legitimate Allocation of Forest for Management (III); Incentives, Benefits and their Restrictions (IV); Implementation (V). The State allocates land to residents for the establishment and management of plantations in order to reforest and enrich such lands (art. 5).

The Montenegro Development Directions 2013-2016 contain a national cross-sectoral policy regarding agricultural and rural development, the protection of the environment, energy, education and tourism, and promoting sustainable development.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the new procedure for purchasing and selling soil improvers. The Regulation establishes the new form of statement which should be signed by the purchaser of soil improver and passed to the communal veterinarian. The form is specified in the Annex.

This National Land Policy will guide the country towards efficient, sustainable and equitable use of land for prosperity and posterity. The Mission of the Policy aims at: promoting positive land reforms for the improvement of the livelihoods of Kenyans through the establishment of accountable and transparent laws, institutions and systems dealing with land (sec. 1.3). The overall objective of the National Land Policy is to secure rights over land and provide for sustainable growth, investment and the reduction of poverty in line with the Government’s overall development objectives.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the classification of agricultural land according to degree of erosion risks by water and wind with a view to direct payments. This Act provides with respect to water resources management and water and sanitation in Kiambu County. It establishes two Water Service Providers and defines functions of the Department of Water and Sanitation Services. The Act furthermore concerns, among other things: water services; sustainable management of water resources; water and soil conservation; storm water management; sanitation services; and pollution control.

This Act establishes rules concerning the production, storage, purchase, sale or other transfer, distribution, promotion, import and export of all products intended for fertilizers. These products must comply with quality standards and not have detrimental effects on human, animal or plant health or the environment and shall not constitute a risk to public safety.This Act consists of 4 Chapters: Defining rules for fertilizer and soil conditioners, etc. (1); Administrative provisions (2); Penal Provisions (3); Entry into force (4).

El presente Acuerdo expide los Lineamientos del Plan Nacional de Cambio Climático (PNCC) que desarrolla la Estrategia Nacional de Cambio Climático (ENCC) 2012-2025. The National Action Programme to Combat Drought and Desertification is a sectoral national programme of the Republic of Ghana applicable for the period of 2002-2027.

This Proclamation of the Benishangul Gumz Regional State shall apply to any rural land found in the region. It mainly is concerned with land rights land use and administration of rural lands. Land is declared the common property of the state and people and it shall not be subjected to sale or other means of exchange. Any peasant who legally resides in the region shall have the right to hold land irrespective of gender or any other discrimination. Land administration shall be implemented through community participation. Rural land shall not be expropriated unless to use for public services.
