This Resolution approves the Coastal Zone Planning (POOC) between the areas of 'Burgau' and 'Vilamoura' in order to improve touristic sector. It consists of 5 Sections and 5 annexes defining the conditions to be satisfied in order to carry out the coastal zone plans of the aforesaid area. A Council of Ministers Resolution approving Urban Planning of Viana do Castelo. This Resolution regulates land settlement, land use and transformation within the aforesaid area, divided into 13 chapters and 1 annex as follows: Definition (chap. 1); Land classification (chap. 2); Urban lands (chap. 3); Industrial areas (chap. 4); Agricultural lands (chap. 5); Forestry areas (chap. 6); Protected areas (chap. 7); Cultural activity (chap. 8); Road network (chap. 9); Water supply (chap. 10); Management services (chap. 11); Final provisions (chap. 12); Definition (chap. 13).

Article 3 of this Decree further elaborates the concept, introduced by article 3 of the Law, of administration by the State of all land that is in ownership of the national community. Individuals are prohibited from using land as a commodity for sale. The Central Land Allocation and Land and Forest Land Granting Committee coordinates carrying out of land surveys and the allocation of land in accordance with articles 3 and 4. Other provisions deal with the protection of land rights, use of agricultural land, lawsuits and issue of rules by relevant ministries. (10 articles)

The present Ordinance implements the Planning and Building Law of 3 December 1978. Article 1 establishes that the Canton grants contribution to the costs of regional land use planning. Exceptionally the Canton can also grant contributions to the costs of local land use planning. El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley que adopta medidas para la prevención del desplazamiento forzado y la atención, protección, consolidación y estabilización socioeconómica de los desplazados internos por la violencia, en relación a las atribuciones legales a la Red de Solidaridad Social, que son complementarias y afines a las atribuidas al Ministerio del Interior en relación con la inscripción de la población desplazada por la violencia.

Elle précise en outre les taux de subventionnement, les critères déterminant les frais à prendre en compte, la procédure applicable et la surveillance. The present Ordinance implements the Agricultural Adaptation Act in its version of 3 July 1991 (BGBl. I p. 1418), the Land Parcel Act (BGBl. I p. 1091), the Land Lease Contract Act (BGBl. I p. 2075) and the German Land Settlement Act (BGBl. III 2331-1). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correction enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Acts. The text consists of 8 articles.

Part I of the Regulations defines terms used in the Regulations. Part II prescribes the form of tree preservation orders and the procedure for their making, confirmation, variation and revocation. The prescribed form is set out in the Schedule to the Regulations. In principal, the consent of the local planning authority is required before any tree protected by the Order may be cut down, topped, lopped, uprooted, damaged or destroyed. Part III of the Regulations makes special provision in relation to trees in conservation areas.

The scope of this Decree is to clarify the possible impact that certain measures may have on the environment. Planning of measures listed in Schedule I shall always be accompanied by an environment impact assessment. The Schedule specifies also the responsible authority and the legislation on which the assessment is based. Measures listed in the Second Schedule shall be reported in accordance with the Act relative to planning and construction of 1985. The criteria for an eventual assessment of those measures can be found in section 4 of this Decree.
