El presente Reglamento, que consta de 10 capítulos y 38 artículos, tiene por objeto establecer las disposiciones para la aplicación de la Ley orgánica del Instituto Nicaragüense de Estudios Territoriales (INETER).

This Decree establishes the modalities of delimitation of administrative and territorial boundaries, including mapping, calculation of the perimeter of boundaries, calculation of area of administrative and territorial units, and legalization of the boundaries. In the process of mapping the following boundaries shall be established: (a) administrative and territorial units (urban and rural areas); and (b) areas with special land tenure (protected areas, national parks, biosphere reserves, territories of cultural heritage).

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to land use planning in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft. In particular, the plan contains provisions on nature conservation areas, nature preserve areas, protection of specific botanic specimen, protection of specific geological specimen. The text consists of 13 articles.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of the organization and carrying out tenders (auction sale) of the plots of urban land and lease thereof for the purpose of housing construction. Seller of the aforesaid plots of urban land or of the right of purchase thereof shall be a state body of local self-government. Trade of the plots of land pertaining to the federal property and the right of lease thereof shall be authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation.

This Order establishes that calculation of land area in condominiums and the establishment of boundaries thereof shall be carried out for the purpose of land use planning, establishment of land shares in common property, efficient use of urban land , taxation and state registration of immovable property. Land area in condominiums shall be ascertained in the process of elaboration and mapping of the boundaries of condominium in accordance with land use planning documentation. The Order contains calculation formula.

This Order establishes that uniform state land cadastre shall represent common state multipurpose and multilevel system containing reliable data on natural, economic and legal state of land in the Russian Federation, including objects of cadastre registration.

The Regulation is made under the Land Proclamation No. 58/1994. It sets out the procedure for the allocation and administration of land and applies to all types of urban and rural land. Land shall be allocated for tiesa, agricultural usufruct or leasehold, on the basis of a master plan. To ensure these rights, right holders shall be given an allocation certificate or lease agreement. To prevent allocation of land to holders with the sole aim of holding land idle, the size of land to be allocated shall be proportionate to the planned aim (art. 3(4)).

Made under section 18 of the Agriculture Act 1986 which gives the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the power to designate an area of England as an environmentally sensitive area, this Order provides for an agreement between the Minister and a farmer. In the designated area prescribed agricultural methods shall be adopted so as to conserve, protect or enhance environmental features in that area. For this purpose the Minister may enter into a management agreement with any person having an interest in agricultural land in any designated area.

This Order is made under section 18 of the Agriculture Act 1986 which gives the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the power to designate an area of England as an environmentally sensitive area. In such area particular agricultural methods shall be adopted so as to conserve, protect or enhance environmental features in that area. For this purpose the Minister may enter into a management agreement with any person having an interest in agricultural land in any designated area.

Ce décret établit la procédure à suivre par les communes ou les groupements de communes qui prennent l'initiative de faire reconnaître un pays adressent au préfet de région.

Ce décret porte création et composition des conférences régionales de l'aménagement et du développement du territoire, prévue à l'article 6 de la loi nº 95-115 du 4 février 1995 d'orientation pour l'aménagement et le développement du territoire.

This Decree consists of 12 articles. They deal with land survey and entry in the Register of data obtained from surveys, and entry of Regional Plans, Overview Plans, Detailed Plans, and area provisions according to immovable property plants in accordance with the Planning and Building Law (SFS 1987:10).
