This Order sets forth the procedure for normative monetary valuation of urban land. The information base for normative monetary valuation of urban land shall be the general land-use planning schemes of urban areas, territorial zoning schemes and detailed plans of territories, information of the State Land Cadastre, land inventory data and state statistical reporting.

These Regulations, consisting of 58 sections divided into four Parts and one Schedule, are made under the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA) and establish the National Environmental Standards for Telecommunication Facilities. The regulations prescribe standards for installing and operating antennas, cabinets, small cell units, and telecommunication lines.

Article 18 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Transfer of precious agricultural land plots to other land categories shall be authorized if the aforesaid agricultural land plots are destined for location of federal, regional and municipal structures in accordance with land-use planning documentation”.

This paper develops a unifying framework for spatial and environmental economics, based on equilibrium considerations for population games. The main contribution of this paper consists of introducing a consistent concept for spatial welfare. Following the introduction of estimable locational sorting models for valuation methods in environmental economics, the relationship between the theoretical underpinnings of the hedonic pricing model and the bid rent concept in urban economics is re-examined.

This Ordinance, consisting of 32 sections, divided into seven Chapters, creates the Punjab Land Records Authority. These Regulations make provision in relation to bringing into force sections 83 (core path plans) and 84 (access rights: service of court applications) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016. It also contains transitional provisions regarding "core path plans" as provided for by the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003. The effect of this is that anything done under the old law before 31st December 2016 will have effect as if it had been done under the new law.

These Regulations describe the localities into which community planning partnerships must divide local authority areas for the purpose of carrying out locality planning under Part 2 (section 9(2)) of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015. Section 9 requires each community planning partnership, for the purposes of locality planning, to divide the area of the local authority into smaller areas.
