This Act aims at financing the acquisition by the Government of land estates for division and resale to small landholders, as well as the purchase of the landholding by the agricultural lessee from the landowner, there is hereby established a body corporate to be known as the "Land Bank of the Philippines", which shall have its principal place of business in Manila. The legal existence of the Bank is extended for a period of fifty years from the expiration of its original term on 08 August 2013, renewable for another fifty years.

This Law establishes legal grounds and the modalities of state registration of rights to immovable property and encumbrances, and also transactions related thereto with a view of recognition and protection by the state of registered rights, encumbrances and transactions. This Law shall be applicable to registration of rights related to land plots.

This Regional Law establishes that plots of municipal land and plots of land with undelimited ownership shall be allotted to multiple children family in ownership free of charge and without sale for individual housing construction, suburban housing construction, subsidiary smallholding, farming, gardening, horticulture and stockbreeding. The aforesaid plots of land shall be allotted to families or single parents with three or more children of minority age. Minimum land area of plots of land shall be 0, 10 ha and maximum land area shall be 0, 25 ha.

This Law provides all necessary data and information aimed to correctly define the official names, denominations, names of settlements and other issues related to populated areas of the Brcko District (autonomous self-government part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).Any settlement, as part of the settlement forming a separate entity, must have its established name, as provided by this Law.

This Law establishes legal and organizational grounds for allotment and tenure of land plots for installation of energy objects, establishment of and compliance with legal status of special protected zones of energy objects with a view of continual functioning of such objects, rational utilization of land, and also ensuring safety of population and protection thereof against risks of technological disasters.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to set forth the conditions for the breeding, keeping and protection of bees, and also for protecting legal rights and interests of natural and legal persons carrying out apiculture. State support to apiculture shall be granted in accordance with regional programmes related to state support of agricultural activity.

This Law regulates relations concerning apiculture, keeping honey bees, production, processing of apiculture products, use of honey bees for pollination of agricultural entomophilous plant and crops, ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of natural and legal persons performing apiculture. It shall be applicable to pedigree and common commercial apiaries.

La presente Ley reorganiza el Banco Hipotecario Nacional, que tendrá como objetivo general asistir, colaborar y contribuir con la función del gobierno en materia de vivienda y desarrollo habitacional.

La presente Ley promueve el acceso al crédito y moderniza mediante la ampliación del sistema de garantías mobiliarias y la simplificación de los trámites de constitución y ejecución de hipotecas sobre bienes muebles.

This Law regulates the correct and sustainable functioning of the agricultural land market in sense of agricultural land use and its related requirements and standards to be applied related to the Macedonian agriculture development asset.The effective functions of the provisions prescribed are the following: restitution of the land under concession; authorization for the land use without mandatory compensation; issuance of the short-term land use authorizations; long-term land use concessions and related standards; actual sale of the agricultural land (state property or state ownership).

This Law prescribes all necessary standards, rules and procedures aimed to regulate the correct and sustainable management of the geodetic-cadastre of the Macedonian Republic, including the provisions governing the information system, the maintenance of the real estate cadastre, the establishment and maintenance of the cadastre of infrastructure objects as part of the real estate cadastre, the basic geodetic works, the geodetic works for special purposes, the real estate property survey performed in service of the real estate cadastre, the survey and the maintenance of the state borderline

La presente Ley modifica la Ley del Plan de Ordenación del Litoral, en aspectos que regulan las condiciones relativas a los desarrollos urbanísticos y cambios de uso en las áreas de ordenación.
